→ Extra guests above 15: INR 1,000/person/night (floor mattress), INR 2,000/person/night during peak season, plus GST.

We know, rules aren’t fun… but they help us give you and future guests the best possible experience
→ No pets allowed
→ No smoking inside the villa
→ No large DJ speakers permitted
→ Music outdoors only between 9am–9pm (below 55db, by court order). Strictly no fireworks or outdoor music after 9pm
→ Weddings, anniversaries, events & DJs require prior government permission — please ask us for details
→ Management is not responsible for loss/theft. Please use the digital safe for valuables
→ No large/mini buses or Tempo Travellers allowed inside. council parking available nearby
→ Any damages must be settled with the on-site manager
→ Pool hours: 8am – 8pm only
→ Private chefs must bring their own dishwashing/service staff
→ Please remember this is our holiday home, not a hotel — respect the property as if it were your own/
