Bidibi bu Boboli is located in a traditional and lively neighborhood of Florence, the Oltrarno, close to the main attractions of the city. Less than 90 meters from Boboli, 300 meters from Piazza Pitti and 700 from the Ponte Vecchio.
Strozzi Palace, home of the largest exhibitions Florentine, is at 800 meters and so the Piazza della Signoria.
Ideal for both leisure and business stays, the apartment offers 2 double bedrooms, a living room, a private bathroom and a small laundry room with washing machine and ironing equipment. The kitchen is equipped with a kitchenette, microwave, toaster and refrigerator.
Guests have unlimited Wi-Fi, heating and TV.
Pets are welcome; smoking is not permitted.

The accommodation is located in the restricted traffic area (ZTL) of the historical center. If you arrive by car access is allowed:
• after 20. 00 Monday to Friday;
• after 16. 00 on Saturday
• Sundays all day.
It's 'possible parking, around 250 meters from home (from 20,00 to 8,00 it's free), or, just a few steps away there is a parking for fee (around 20 euro/24h).

Great place to stay away from crowds

Sabrina was great, quick reply to communications and clear. We had someone meet us at the property at exactly the time specified. Apartment is spacious and has everything you need (including a well equipped kitchen) and the beds were fine. Great location just across the river (near Boboli gardens and Pitti Palace) as it is away from the crowds but still easy to walk to. Perfect retreat after spending the day in the center of town.

El piso es lo que dice, solo que cuando lo alquilé decía que había aire acondicionado, y no lo hay. La tele no funciona, la conexión con la antena no va, pero eso no importa, no fuimos a Florencia a ver la tele. Por lo demás, la ubicación es perfecta, zona tranquila no falta de restaurantes y locales, bien equipada y con detalles de cortesía, como el jabón o detalles de la cocina. La verdad es que disfrutamos mucho.

Große Wohnung in toller Lage mit falscher Beschreibung

Die Wohnung befindet sich in einer sehr guten Lage. In 7 min erreicht man zu Fuß Ponte Vecchio. Und in der Umgebung befinden sich zahlreiche Cafés und ein Lebensmittelgeschäft. Der Check-In lief sehr gut. Der Herr, der die Schlüsselübergabe gemacht hat, war sehr freundlich und hat alles erklärt. Es gab das nötigste: Handtücher, Fön, Internet, Seife, Shampoo und Klopapier. Die Wohnung war teilweise sauber (es gab Spuren von vorherigen Gästen zB Haaren & Krümel auf den Bettdecken). Manche Fenster ließen sich nicht öffnen, da konnte man die Wohnung nur begrenzt durchlüften. Das ärgerlichste war, dass in der Wohnungsbeschreibung stand, Check-out sei laut der Apartment-Webseite bis 12 Uhr (Screenshot vorhanden). Allerdings haben wir am Abreisetag die Nachricht von der Eigentümerin erhalten, dass wir schon um 10 Uhr ausreisen müssten. Wir haben die Eigentümerin auf falsche Angaben auf der Webseite hingewiesen und sie meinte, dass das Cleaning Service bald kommt und deswegen müssen wir jetzt schnell raus. Aus diesem Grund müssten wir unsere Pläne vorzeitig ändern und schnell in den Apartment laufen um die Sachen einzupacken. Falls ihr andere Wohnungsoptionen in Florenz hättet, würde ich diese Wohnung nicht empfehlen oder mindestens extra mal nachfragen wann genau die Check-Out Zeit ist.

A faire absolument !

La ville est magnifique et cet appartement est idéalement situé, à 2 mn à pied du centre historique. Dans une petite ruelle en face d'un théâtre, le 1er musée à découvrir se trouve dans la rue juste à côté. Un petit carrefour pour faire ses courses est à 5mn et la propriétaire très sympa. N'hésitez pas, foncez !

Very nice, comfortable place in beautiful Florence

This is a really inviting place, well situated just two blocks from Pitti Palace on the quiet side of Ponte Vecchio with great restaurants close by. Sabrina has a nice binder of information and has taken care to decorate the apt with curtains and artwork. The washing machine's spin cycle did not seem to work even after we tried a couple different programs. However, the apt was airy enough that our clothes dried. Internet connection was good. After a full day of sightseeing and Florence has so much to see, it was delightful to cross over to a quiet neighborhood and mingle with Italians and dine at restaurants filled with more locals than tourists.

A pleasant and wonderfully located apartment

My mother and I very much enjoyed our stay in this apartment, which could not have been more ideally located, in my opinion- the Oltrarno is a joy, located as it is away from the tourist madness on the other side of the Arno and full of artisans and ateliers, cafes, bars and mere minutes from the Boboli Gardens/Pitti Palace. The apartment was very clean and pleasant overall, although there is not much of a living room, only two chairs and a kitchen table, which some might not find ideal. Also, the apartment is accessed by a flight of stone stairs, which might be difficult for anyone who is elderly or has mobility issues, but luckily there is a railing. It was helpful having a washing machine, as well as wi-fi. Sabrina was very courteous and accommodating, as she met us immediately upon our arrival, in spite of our being early.

Comfortable but a few disappointments

First, I picked this particular VRBO based on its location. It is west of the Ponte Vecchio so you are outside of the hustle of the main area. It's just a short walk to the Ponte Vecchio. Decent places to eat really close by. The apartment is comfortable and has a kitchen with all the amenities. My criticisms are the shower head was broken. This was apparent when we got there and I was surprised that it was not fixed. It is a hand held shower head, but the mechanism that you place the shower head in for it to stay up was not working so I had hold the shower head with one hand as I took a shower. The walls are paper thin. I could hear the neighbor upstairs perfectly through the walls. Although she was not "noisy" by any means. When her phone rang and I thought it was coming from the apartment I was in and I could hear the conversation perfectly. Although the VRBO seems to be on a quite street, there appears to be some sort of theater across they way. So if you have the bedroom on the street beware it can be noisy at night when the performance lets out, although the interior bedroom was quiet. If you don't mind a little noise, and if the shower head was fixed I'd recommend.

This was a perfect location for us. It was within walking distance Orbison all we wanted but also nestled in a quieter (relatively) neighborhood. Sabrina was very accommodating and responded quickly to the one question we had about wi-for. We would stay again.

Fantastic in Florence

Sabrina is a wonderful host and her suite located in the heart of Florence is a perfect spot to call home. It is very well located on a quite side street less than 15 minutes walk from all of the major museums and galleries in Florence. There are several restaurants and cafe's very close by and a full grocery store less than 10 minutes south of the apartment if you want to cook in the suite yourself. The unit is very clean and reasonably well equiped. It has two large bedrooms on one end and the kitchen and bathroom are at the other end of the apartment. There is not much of a living/sitting room but for just one couple it was not a problem. If I had any suggestions at all to make this apartment better, it would be to upgrade the mattresses as they were a bit uncomfortable, but almost all of the beds we had in Italy were not like they are in North America! Overall, this unit is a great value for staying in Florence.

Tolle Lage

Die Lage ist super! Allerdings ist die Wohnung sehr hellhörig und laut. Man kann an dem Leben der Nachbarn hatnah teilhaben. Im Sommer mag das fehlende Wohnzimmer keine Rolle spielen, im Oktober bei anhaltendem Regen würde man sich aber gerne mit einer Flasche Wein und Käse die Zeit vertreiben. Da kann man hier aber leider nur in der nicht so gemütlichen Küche sitzen. Im Bad fehlen Ablagemöglichkeiten. Wenn man selbst kochen möchte, ist die Ausstattung der Küche etwas spärlich. Da aber so viele gemütliche Pizzerien und Restaurants in unmittelbarer Nähe sind, kann man darüber gut hinwegsehen. Die Wohnung war sauber, die Vermieterin sehr nett, die Wohnungsübergabe unkompliziert.

Liebevoll und volständig eingerichtete italienische Wohnung mit historischem Flair

die Vermieterin Sabrina hat alles getan, um ihren Gästen einen unvergeßlichen Aufenthalt zu bescheren. Sie war immer erreichbar, gab gute Tips für besondere Orte und hatte liebevoll alles eingerichtet,. alles Nötige für den Alltag war vorhanden. Sogar itaienische Bonbons und typisch italienische Leckereinen waren zu finden. Meine Mitwebohnerin und ich waren begeistert, wir waren sicher nicht das letzte Mal in dieser Wohnung, haben sie auch weiterempfohlen.

Nice Apartment in a Good Location

This is a nice apartment in a very old building in Florence. Sabrina is very friendly and helpful. When we were there is was pretty warm. My only complaint is we couldn' t leave the windows open because of mosquitoes. In fact I couldn't even open the windows in the front room. There are two large fans. The apartment is clean and well stocked. The center of Florence is a short 10-15 minute walk away and there are shops and restaurants in the neighborhood.

Un appartement très bien situé

Appartement de ville soigné et très propre, un peu sombre toutefois. Les chambres sont spacieuses avec beaucoup de rangement. Situation idéale : un peu en retrait de l'agitation mais toutes les visites de Florence se font à pieds sans problèmes. Magasins, restaurants à proximité. Accueil sympathique de la propriétaire avec non seulement des conseils mais un bouquet de roses de jardin sur la table.

Lovely apartment, Great location

We had a wonderful time in Florence. The apartment is lovely and has a great location. All of the sites in Florence are within walking distance. The apartment is quite spacious with two full bedrooms. Sabrina is so charming. She greeted us with fresh flowers and we got to meet her darling little boy. I would definitely recommend this apartment to friends and family visiting Florence.

Muy bien situada, acogedora y muy amable Sabrina

La verdad es que es una casa muy antigua, ya que fue un convento de 1.800 pero en muy buen estado y súper bien situado. Todo s mano, Boboli, Pitti, Signoria. Piazza Michelangelo, fantástica ubicación. Sabrina es muy amable y facilitadora. Repetiremos el año próximo!!! Arrivedercci

Lovely Sabrina !

Appartement très propre. Deux belles grandes chambres, avec beaucoup de rangement. Cuisine et salle de bain très bien équipées. Pas de salon (sauf deux chaises tissu-bois placées au bout de la cuisine). Un peu bruyant (appartement du dessus et rue), mais rien pour empêcher le séjour. Hors du centre-ville historique, mais à distance de marche. Une propriétaire très gentille, qui vous accueille avec une grande corbeille de fruits et se montre TRÈS disponible pour répondre à toutes les questions, réparer quelque chose le cas échéant, et suggérer des lieux de visites et shopping. Quatre étoiles pour l'appart et cinq étoiles pour Sabrina ! Un resto fantastique tout près : Cuculia. Et bien sûr le palais Pitti... Lucie et Claire

Romantic apartment in the heart of the town

The apartment is ideally positioned and easy to locate. It is a couple minutes' walk from Boboli Gardens and Pitti Palace. There are bakeries and convenience stores close to it. As for the apartment itself, it looks beautiful, is impeccably clean and it has all you can possibly need for a comfortable stay. The hostess, Sabrina is very kind, she even didn't mind waiting for us until midnight because of our late flight. She provided us with water and fruits, and even a little present for my sister's birthday. Sabrina was a valuable source of useful information on the town, and she gave us sightseeing ideas for each day of our stay.

From here you could go anywhere in the city center, by the hand to my parents, eyes turned upward, wondering about every wonderful place I saw.

We have set up personally and with love every room in the house, we hope that you will care and will treat the apartment as if it were your own.

• Limit the noises from 23 to 7 and from 14 to 16 and in any case, do not disturb at any time the tranquility of others.
• In the public areas observe silence and do not soil.
• Do not smoke in the house.
• If you use pots and pans, please wash and leave them as clean as you found them.
• Do not leave your waste at home, but throw it into the bins, you can find them just down the street, on the corner of Via de' Serragli.
• Do not throw the waste in the bathroom (cotton wool, tissues, diapers) into the water.
• When you leave home, remember to turn off lights and heating.
• Your pets are welcome, provided they do not damage the furniture and do not disturb the peace.
