Ancient lovely house next the sea ( 400 meters ) , immersed in the greenery of the garden of secular olive trees and pines, with flowers and the Mediterranean vegetation around. We are inside a vast private property slightly in height with a view of the sea.
It can be reached easily from a paved road to the house. The Viola house is perfect for those who want a relaxing, rejuvenating holiday, away from the chaos, in total immersion in silence and nature.
The house is perfectly equipped, with a hair dryer, towels and linen.
It is a typical Sardinian house, with white walls and terracotta floors, with small antique tiles and wooden furniture. The quality of the beds is excellent, with orthopedic mattresses.
The beds are 5/7, divided into three bedrooms. There is a room on the ground floor, with air conditioning, and two in the attic. The house is furnished in country style and even the exteriors are equipped with all the comforts, both in the veranda protected from the summer sun with the large white cotton tents, with table and living room to eat in the open air looking at the sea. Under the larger olive tree another table, in front of a barbecue and a wood-fired pizza oven.
Parking can be either inside the garden or outside, the entire property of 5000 square meters surrounding the house is at your disposal.
The charming, cozy living room has a table for six people, satellite TV and a corner sofa for relaxation, and you will also find books to read in different languages.
The kitchen is well equipped: fridge, electric oven, stove with four gas burners, microwaves, moka of different sizes, but also an American coffee maker.
Guides, maps, but also cookbooks, etc. are available to guests.
