This was the perfect home for our annual summer vacation. The house was in a perfect location, convenient to many activities. The outdoor pool and tennis court were great features for our family.

We had a wonderful stay! The location was very convenient, the house was well maintained, and the property itself was peaceful and relaxing. We enjoyed the outdoor spaces -tennis court and the pool were wonderful. Plenty of outdoor and indoor seating for everyone.

Great Family Vacation

Incredible stay!

Had an amazing experience renting / staying at this beautiful home! From the communication beforehand, check-in to checkout, everything was seamless. The house was incredible and we made great use of the heated pool & tennis courts. Would definitely stay again!

Amazing House

Family getaway

We had a wonderful time staying here. The property is beautiful, well cared for, close to town(s) and beaches, and well stocked. Baylee was incredibly responsive and nice when we needed help with a few small issues. Very much look forward to coming back.

Great House, Highly Recommend!

A+ experience and stay! The host quickly responded anytime I had a question. The interior was very nicely designed, making us feel right at home. The Interior and backyard was just as pictured. Highly recommend, will definitely book this house again!

Wonderful East Hampton vacation

My family and I had such a wonderful time staying at this property. It was exactly as advertised, communication with the property owners was so easy and they were very responsive. House was very clean, pool was also very clean and we had so much fun using the tennis court and ping-pong table. We look forward to coming back!

Perfect Stay

The house was excellent and as advertised. A lot of large spaces…pool and tennis court was excellent. Great location with a short drive to downtown East Hampton and beaches. Hosts were extremely accessible for any necessary question or help. I would recommend the property.

Great spacious house, very clean!

House was great! Wish we could have enjoyed the pool, but it was too cold. House very clean and comfortable, nice private neighborhood and just a 10 minute drive to town.

Beautiful house, amazing yard

Stayed here with my family and we had a blast. House is beautiful, clean, uncluttered. Plenty of towels (bath & pool/beach), fresh linens, clean & modern furnishings. Gorgeous yard with pool, tennis court, ping pong, and grassy area for games. Short drive to town & beach. Quiet street.

Great family getaway!

The house was clean, spacious and the amenities were great. The kitchen was well stocked with necessary utensils and plenty of coffee mugs and wine glasses. We enjoyed the pool, the sauna, the tennis court and ping-pong table. All were well maintained. It was convenient having numerous beach towels available. Having two washers and dryers was a plus, as well. We recommend this house for a relaxing getaway.

Great house in the Hamptons

Beautiful house between East Hampton and Sag Harbor. Came with my extended family with kids ages 11 months- 6 years old. Overall we had a great time and the house served us well. I would just check with the owner about what is actually included because the listing wasn’t always accurate.

Pros are house is private and large with a nice pool and tennis court. Cons are that it not that well maintained. There is obvious wear and tear from renters (see photos) including several wasps nests on the property in and around deck and tennis court. My dog and I got stung. There was garbage and laundry from last stay and the Sonos wasn’t working properly. When we brought this up, they were addressed but for what is being charged, they should be issues at all!

Great late summer getaway

My family of 4 (two little ones of 5 and 2) spent 5 nights at the end of the summer at the property. Had a great time using the pool and the tennis courts (racquets included!) as well as exploring the area. Only a short drive from downtown EH as well as easy to get to places further east or up to Sag Habor. House was clean with a fun and open communal area on the ground floor. We grilled most nights when we didn’t go out and just a fantastic time getting out of NYC for a few nights. Overall interactions with the owner/property manager were easy and efficient. They were very attentive and responsive on little things. Highly recommend staying here! Thanks again.

Spacious Interior & Great outdoor amenities

Overall, our stay at this house was enjoyable. The interior has lots of space for gathering, whether around the dinner table or living room. The outdoor gathering spaces are superb- from the pool to the tennis court, there’s something for everyone. The house was accurately described, and the check-in process was seamless. The bedrooms and bathrooms were spacious with plenty of extra linens and towels provided. The indoor sauna was a true perk. Plus, the property manager reached out before check-in and was easy to contact. A few areas of the interior show wear and tear, but I believe that’s typical for a rental house. Overall, this house was great. I’d highly recommend it.

Nice House

Nice house overall. Was disappointed there was not net and the tennis court was not useable. I’m assuming it was because of time of year but it was certainly weather we would have enjoyed playing. House could use some general upkeep…lightbulbs burned out for one. Master bath was a plus except there was only one plug in for a huge bathroom.

East Hampton Long Weekend

My family of six had a fantastic three-night stay. The home was very uplifting and well designed—so open, bright and conducive to being together. The setting was quite private and the outdoor features were especially fun: clay tennis court, pool, multiple decks with very comfortable seating areas and furniture. We particularly enjoyed the massive master bathroom upstairs, with its white marble and dual showers with additional side water jets . . . so relaxing. The upstairs sauna was a big hit as well. This fantastic property is just as advertised (no surprises or misrepresentations)—a haven for rejuvenation. We look forward to another stay at this jewel. Great house but lacked basic necessities

The house was beautiful and clean. After a long drive, we thought the house would have been ready for guests as we were told the housekeeper had just been there. Two of the toilets were not working, the lack of water pressure in the entire house so we could not take showers, and there wasn't any bag in the kitchen garbage bin. It would have been great if the pool was not heated but it was not turned on. There were no instructions on how to work the projector downstairs. Someone did come over the next morning to fix everything. It's just disappointing to come to such a beautiful space and our basic needs and expectation of what the house has to offer was not met for our short stay.

Summer family stay

Overall a great property with updated interiors in a nice/secluded location. There were a couple of mild inconveniences which were very quickly handled by the owner who was quick to communicate. The tennis court and pool were used everyday and very well maintained . There is no longer a peloton bike. Would definitely recommend and rent again!

Outstanding in every way!

My family of 4, which includes our 12 year old twins, loved every moment being at Rob's home! From the moment you drive through the gates and then walk in the door, you know you've made the best decision. What makes this place so special is the huge open floor plan, the expansive outdoor space with the biggest, most inviting pool and a tennis court that is suited for a pro, the ping pong table that is well positioned to create very intense ping pong tournaments, to all of the modern appliances, - I can go on and on! Rob was available at all times and we were so pleased with his level of communication and his highest level of commitment in making sure we enjoyed every moment. The beds were all comfortable, the bathrooms were clean and modern, the sauna was amazing and the finished basement with the projector was a great place for the kids to hang and watch movies. We hope to be able to do a repeat next summer!
