We enjoyed our stay at this magnificent house in beautiful Sevilla. The home is gorgeous, beautifully decorated, intelligently and thoroughly equipped, and located within easy walking distance of major sights, including everything we wanted to see and the train station. Our host Carlos was friendly, accommodating, and an excellent communicator. I would love to stay there again on a future trip to Sevilla.

Fantastic property in the heart of Old Town Seville. Main bedroom overlooked Roman Columns and was very quiet and comfortable. Beautiful decor and spotlessly clean with everything you need. Once connection was made with the host he responded quickly every time. It was just the place we needed. Thank you Carlos.

Gorgeous house, excellent location

This house was simply beautiful, and the location was perfect. Easy walk to Plaza de Alfalfa for food, drinks, souvenirs. Would definitely stay here again.

Lovely quiet and luxurious

Perfect location. Spacious, lovely, comfortable (including the beds). And Carlos, our host was adorable and helpful. The apt is remarkably artistic. It was a joy to stay here.

Surrounded by history, art charm and comfort

We felt extremely privileged to stay in this beautiful home. What a rare treasure of a place in a unique and colorful neighborhood with intact Roman ruins out the kitchen window.The house is filled to overflowing with amazing art, character and charm reflecting the owners well lived life. Great heating and cooling system, within easy walking distance to so many of Sevilles' excellent sites and quiet for sleeping at night. We would LOVE to stay here again!

Stay in Manor House

The location could not have been more perfect. This property is located on a quiet street with only foot traffic. Its a very old tradtional style home and the history of the place is amazing. Its built to be cool in summer and in February we were able to heat it without trouble. Communication with host was excellent.

Lovely Stay

Walking into this property is a little like wandering into Alice's Wonderland. As is accurately depicted in the photos, Carlos is an avid collector and the home is a visual wonderland with wonderful treasures everywhere you look. Cozy and complete with all necessary amenities, in a wonderful central location where you can easily walk to the Cathedral and Alcazar and explore nearby neighborhoods.

Gem of a museum house

Art and furnishings, worth an admission price and very convenient to everything we wanted to see and do. However, communication with the property manger was difficult, not timely, or even polite, and the mattress needs to be replaced ASAP.

Old town jewel

The property is spectacular. Such a gorgeous apartment, so tastefully decorated with antiques and unique pieces. It is located in the heart of Seville’s old city, at short walk away from the main attractions of the city. The apartment had everything we needed. If you have the opportunity to book this property, do not hesitate. It is one of a kind!

Like a night in a European castle.

This place is unbelievably beautiful inside, the pictures do not lie. Spending a night here is a fantasy. It's like spending the night in a queen's castle. The place is full of beautiful artwork, furniture and various nick-nacks. There is a reason for the security deposit, the owners are entrusting the renters with a lot of beautiful items. The experience is one we will never forget.

Beautiful place in great location

House was incredible and beautifully decorated. The only issue was that that only the master bedroom is air conditioned- the rest of the house was hot and there were no fans. The bedroom at the front of the house is right on the street (pedestrians only) but sometimes loud voices throughout the night- I did not sleep well in that room.

An almost perfect stay!

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our two-month stay in Carlos’ outstanding Andalusian home. Although we had no language in common, we communicated easily when necessary via Google Translate and What’s App, and Carlos and Jose were always helpful. The only things we missed were a bath tub and some outdoor space where we could sit in the fresh air. Saying that though, we look forward to returning next year.

This is a very unique house, in a good way. You will find lots of high quality decoration that you won't find in any other place. It's located in the very center of Sevilla, so you can go anywhere walking. At the same time, because of its location, you probably won't get a close parking. I'm our stay there was a confusion about the rooms needed, but communication was fluent and they solved it quickly

Your search is over

You won’t find a better place! This apartment is gorgeous, clean and well-located on a quiet street that bans cars. The rooms are spacious and lovely. Everything was perfect. One warning: the shower is nice, but has little head space. If you’re tall, you might have to bend over. Still, this apartment is a jewel.

Charming property in the heart of everything

My daughter and I both love staying here! Carlos has done such a great job of creating a space that feels homey and steeped in history. The place is filled with a carefully curated collection of art and artifacts, and it feels like you are staying in the home of a family that has been owned the property for generations. We also found Carlos to be a responsive and helpful host. The property is really well located, and it is easy to walk wherever you want to go. Having two toilets is a plus, but keep in mind there is only one shower. Also, if you’re sleeping in the front bedroom, you do get more of the noise of people talking while they’re passing by, but the street is not heavily trafficked

Great Location - great stay

The pictures are accurate of the home. It was well maintained, but as the pictures indicate, there was a lot of stuff/knick knacks everywhere. The one item that detracted was that the owner had at least 10 essential oil diffusers of all different scents in the house that overpowered the senses. It was quite unpleasant. Other than that, the house was clean, supplied with toilet paper and paper towels. The location is great. Seville is a very walkable city and it was easy to get to the sites, restaurants and everything else.

Location and vibe could not be better- Incredible experience!

This property is a gem. It is located in an absolute fabulous location, with winding little corridors and walkways. We never came back and forth to the apartment the same way twice, making it a maze of discovery. We had the most INCREDIBLE private tour of the Jewish Quarter from a Jewish scholar (highly recommend), where we learned about the incredible history of this location. My teenage son learned more about Spanish history from this one tour - which made walking this neighborhood more magical than ever. History came to life. The Roman columns right next to the front door became our landmark. This apartment became an oasis from our adventures during the HOT Seville days. The owner has lovingly collected artifacts over a lifetime and it felt an honor to be able to stay as a guest in this special and beautiful home. Impeccably clean home. I would recommend this location and this apartment to anyone ready to explore the wonders of Seville.

Attention to details

Advertised with washer and dryer. Dryer was not working. Owner said he knew but didn’t have time to get it fixed. Refrigerator was clean however severe Oder of fish. Only 2 bath towels for a 4 night stay No instructions on operation of household items No instructions for leaving. What to do with trash or laundry.

The house has everything. If it is true that the dryer was broken and there was no time to fix it, there is now a new one. If they had a clothesline to dry clothes, washing machine, iron, etc. . There were towels in both bathrooms. They didn't know how to see them. I gave you the rules for entering the house with photos. Additionally, all exit regulations are explained on the platform. Regarding the refrigerator, as this family says, it was super clean but maybe it would have caught a little smell. I don't know..!! but I'm not saying it will happen..!!

Good location,

The property is in a good location. We stayed for ten days we never actually met the owner we communicated via text. All the cupboards and chests except one were locked which meant with lived out of our suitcases that was not acceptable Evan the cupboard in the kitchen was locked so we could not store any dry goods. All the knives were blunt. And the dryer didn’t work. One chair was missing a caster making it uneven to use, and some of the upholstery had no springs, there is no satellite or cable tv as advertised when I text the owner he said I needed to use my login details but I don’t have a Spanish ip address. The air conditioning is in the bedroom only. We had to cleared some of the coffee tabes of locked boxes of bric a brac in order to use them the Dyson stick vacuum was absolutely full of dust which is probably why it didn’t work. It does have an aging Nespresso machine. But no pods I would have thought the owner could have at least provided some as part of a welcome pack but there is no amenities provided no information or leaflets about the area at all. In short the owner is not in the least interested in anything other than collecting rents. On the positive side the linen was clean, an the bathroom an shower were good. In short this is a stay for one or two days max, a good place to explore from an somewhere to drop your bags. I don’t like to write such a negative review but in this case I think it’s deserved

First of all thank you for your comment. But I have to clarify that he is not right. Look the house has 150 useful square meters. It has 9 chairs 5 individual chairs 2 3-seater chairs and 1 a sofa with chestlong in the living room. I don't know what he meant he couldn't sit down...???? It also had 2 wardrobes in each room with a sinfonier. It is true that there is a coffee maker. Nespresso but it has an acceptable time and is not that old,. If it is true that we do not leave capsules, not for not buying them, I am sure that the cleaning lady forgot to put them. It is true that we did not meet in person although we were constantly communicating on the phone, that's why it seems too daring to me that if you don't know me even in people as you can think of me that only what matters to me is money….!!!. I have received people and have been periods of long stay, but I am sorry to tell you that you have never made any comments like this. You have your opinion but if you have been so uncomfortable because you haven't told me on the phone..??? I could have helped you in any inconvenience.. I want to tell you more.. The cleaning lady had to specially wash the pillow smokes since the makeup b did not go away. Normally before going to bed people should remove make-up, in addition to finding us in the guest room underwear under the bed. I say this for clarification. A greeting
