With over 5,000 square feet and two acres of lawn, this six bedroom, four and one-half bath Bar Harbor-style cottage is ideal for families and also wonderful for a couple wanting to relax and get away from it all.

Breathtaking views across the water, facing south, of Frenchman Bay, Bar Harbor, Acadia National Park and the mountains of Mount Desert Island. Private 165 foot dock is great for launching your family kayak expedition.

There is a public boat launching ramp adjacent to the property for your watercraft. House is conveniently located beside a small inn which would lend itself for any overflow guests.

The house has kept its ambiance of days gone by. Very large rooms with outstanding views and four distinct living areas offer privacy to those seeking solitude! A fully remodeled new (Summer 2014) kitchen features Sub Zero and Wolf appliances, new living room, new den, entrance foyer, library, laundry room, breakfast room and formal dining room are located on the first floor, along with two newly added outdoor decks and a large outdoor patio.
