Unhealthy Unit

Our daughter and children had to leave several days early because A/C vents were extremely dirty and signs of mildew in 2 of the bathrooms. Children have some allergies, and they immediately were struggling. We stayed outside as much as possible, but it just wasn't enough. Based on how dirty air handler and a/c vents were, it's hard to imagine when it was last cleaned.

Great Location, HORRIBLE Maintenance

The only real complaint we have is that the elevators broke on the first day we were there and we were on the sixth floor. We were informed that they knew the elevator was struggling but waited until it fully broke to ORDER THE PART. Yep. Order the part. And they didn’t overnight night it or decide to get it. They just left the elevator broken for at least four days. Considering we had a pregnant daughter and three toddlers, this made our stay super tainted. One of the worst parts of this was the lack of communication about the situation. It took a lot to get any information regarding the elevator. We were assured by the rental company that we would have help getting us moved out when we left and after no one showed up, finally ONE lady from the office came to help. We had already made three trips down and up by that point. Beautiful place, lovely pools and beach, but if something goes wrong, it stays wrong.

Wonderful “at home” feel in the condo!

We enjoyed staying in the condo! Very home like and more room than staying in a hotel/resort room! Loved eating Thanksgiving dinner on the balcony with my little family! Had a little trouble getting the living room tv going but when I called we had great customer service! Thank you for a wonderful week!

Better Options in Cinnamon Beach

Pros: Sunsets are amazing! Close to beach Management was friendly & efficient Cons: VRBO states a sectional sofa. There isn’t. Decor is 80’s Florida. Couch & loveseat are worn; it’s easier & firmer to sit on the floor. Decorative pillows appear to be from the same time period and in need of cleaning or replacement. Beds need to be replaced. Master bed-you’ll definitely roll in to the center. Twin beds-probably ok for kids who can sleep on almost anything-not so much for adults. Numerous chipped glasses & dishes. Stovetop has what appears to be burned plastic on one of the burners. Dishwasher stopped working on Day Two. Confusion with maintenance/management meant we purchased paper goods to use to avoid hand-washing everything during our vacation. Front door lock broken. Management did everything they could to find an available locksmith. We placed our valuables in our car when we went out as the door did not lock from the outside. Temporarily fixed on our last full day. Mold on A/C vents We love Cinnamon Beach and will return, just not to this unit.

Scenic View

If you love your space and wildlife, this is your place. Enjoy looking over your balcony watching alligators, turtles, fish, birds, etc. Then walk across the street to the Ocean. Beautiful.

Good space for a vacation but that’s it

The condo was a really nice size and clean, but we tried to work there and the Internet barely worked. If you’re trying to work it might not be the best, but for a place just to sleep and go out it’s nice. Water pressure wasn’t great. Very nice deck and space like I said. Not much around the condo either everything is driving distance. The fire alarm also went off at 4 am on the last night and we weren’t sure why.

Vacation in Palm Coast

We loved the location and condo. Much larger than it seems from the pictures. The balcony is spacious! Quick walk to the beach. Enjoyed both pools and the grille was open (great food for lunch & pool/beach side drinks!). Walked my dog all over. Very dog friendly beach and area. Loved our vacation. Easy check in and check out. We stayed two weeks! Just perfect!

Immaculate condo with ample space and big balcony. Nice pool and quiet beautiful Beach that is pet friendly But very rocky. Would come back for sure!

Relaxing and luxurious

We had a lovely stay at this condo. The view is over the small lake/waterway where you can see the fish and turtles. You can see the ocean from this balcony between two other buildings as well as from the front bedroom. The ceilings are very high because it's a top floor condo which is lovely. The home is comfortable and the kitchen was very well stocked. The place was lovely.

Enjoyable

We found our vacation to be everything we had hoped. Unit was clean and provided everything we needed. Staff courteous and helpful. This condo was large enough for the eight of us, including grandchildren.

Overall great, could use some minor tweaks

The unit is spacious, clean and very comfortable. The location is great, it took maybe 2 minutes to walk to the beach or pool- and only that long because my toddler has short legs ;) the patio was lovely with obstructed views of the ocean but beautiful views of the lagoons and a constant comfortable breeze. The complex was safe, clean and well maintained. The beach is not particularly great for swimming- the surf is rough and there are many rocks that are exposed with low tide. The beach itself is mostly crushed shells, but if you walk north on the beach it becomes more packed sand and easier to maneuver for long walks. The unit itself could use some simple updates (fresh linens, towels- the ones in the unit have clearly seen years of heavy use). Washer and dryer were great to have in unit but do take a long time to wash/dry. The only other complaint would be the A/C compressor is rather loud, so if you're traveling with young children you may want to bring baby monitors so you can hear at night. Overall a great rental, could just use a few minor updates.

Wonderful Stay

This unit is the "Best value for the money". Clean, comfortable, plenty of parking and convenient access to the beach. My family loves this community and we go back every year. Additionally, the folks at Vacation Pros are just terrific!

Fall Peaceful Vacation!

This is a very sunny, quiet and nice condo. Yes -- the living room area is in need of updating -- sofa is uncomfortable and both sofa, chairs and rug are worn -- but everything was clean and neat. Everything we needed was provided. It was a quiet, sunny, and enjoyable week.
