We were there for a long weekend getaway, and everything was perfect. The saltwater pool and screened in patio in particular made the weekend!

We had an excellent stay. The home was large, clean and tastefully decorated. It was fully equipped for everything you need and the pool was fantastic! I also loved the location which was a 5 minute drive to many restaurants and stores.

Great Location - Great Property

We very much enjoyed our stay. The property was clean and had everything you need for a home-away-from-home vacation. The homeowners were great to deal with and had many recommendations for restaurants in the area. We highly recommend this property for a wonderful Naples vacation!

We just had a wonderful stay at John and Karen's Beach house. John is very responsive and communicative and went out of his way to make sure we had access to what we needed to make our stay truly perfect! We rent in Naples park often and look forward to renting from them in the future.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay. The house truly has everything you need to relax and enjoy — it’s even better than expected.From the moment we arrived, we felt completely at home. Everything is very well equipped, comfortable, and thoughtfully prepared, which made our stay effortless and enjoyable.The location is great, and the overall experience was excellent.We would definitely love to come back in the future. WE love vacationing in Naples Park, there is something for everyone. The bikes that come with the house gives everyone the opportunity to go to the beach, shopping, gym all in close proximity. Owners John and Katen are easy to communicate with and truly want the experience to be enjoyable for their guests.

Thank you so much for a wonderful month in North Naples. Your home was wonderful with all the necessities we needed. We loved using the pool and the hot tub almost every day. This was our first time in the area and we enjoyed how close it was to many restaurants and shops. The bikes came in handy to ride to the beach for sunsets which were very special. Very caringly and thoughtfully decorated villa with big pool and spa. great location close to the beach and also have access to free state park parking.has bikes so can cyclelots of beach gear so no need to bring you own.75" TV for the evenings

Truly stunning property run by quality people

We had a wonderful experience down in Naples and couldn't haven chosen a more perfect location! From the beginning John and Karen were very attentive and diligent in the pre arrival process and were easily accessible by phone and email. When we arrived we were greeted to a spotless property and a welcome bottle of wine! A wonderful touch. The house was luxurious and had all the modern ammenties to make the stay cosy. The kitchen is fully working with all needed accessories (we were there for thanksgiving so prepared a full meal for about 20 (eaten by 5 lol). The bedrooms were comfortable, especially the master. The outside area was truly the standout, the pool, hot tub, dining area, grill and the shaded outdoor living space. We spent all of our time here when possible. If you decide to leave the house (optional), it's 1 mile from the beach and close to great restaraunts and shops. We would certainly return again and thoroughly recommend it to anyone looking!
