Wonderful apartment in the heart of Old Town Tallinn

If you're looking for a spacious, simple place to stay in the middle of the action of Old Town Tallinn, this place is perfect. You are one block away from the town square, filled with shops and restaurants with plenty of outdoor seating. Amenities are minimal (we wish there had been more dishes and silverware provided so you may want to bring your own disposal dishware) and the washer is better suited for very small quantities. We visited when it was warm so we needed to keep the windows open which did result in some noise issues (folks were gathered right outside of our bedroom window to take pics of the chapel across the street throughout the day and some people were rather noisy late at night when the bars cleared out), which could be an issue for light sleepers or families with small children. Overall, a very pleasant place to stay with easy access to the beautiful city of Tallinn.

Historical street

This 500 year old building in the old town can best be reached by foot and then taxi/uber, no bus or tram. It is a perfect location for exploring the old town. There are many supermarkets and bakeries nearby. It is on the ground floor and I enjoyed all the people walking by outside. There was absolutely no noise outside between 1900 and 0800 which made it very easy to sleep. The fullrefrigerator has a large freezer area. Definitely stay here.

ideal location

Clean, safe, comfy, perfect in all respects except for one flaw: The windows are taped closed. So no fresh air ventilation. Easy fix: install a small window with a bug screen at one end of the suite and same at the other end. A cool afternoon breeze rises from the harbour every afternoon. June, July and August need ventilation, other months not a problem in Tallinn. Would stay at this location again if ventilation during summer months is provided.

Everything we could have asked for

We loved it here. The apartment is located in a terrific Old Town location. If you stay here, the first thing you should do is go around the corner to Saint Nicolas church/museum and take the elevator up to the viewing platform. The view of Old Town is breathtaking. The apartment was light, airy, comfortable and absolutely spotless. The property manager was very easy to communicate with and very personable. We will definitely seek to stay here again.

Amazing & Beautiful Location

Perfectly situated in the center of Old Town. Accommodations were impeccably clean and spacious. Rosti is a great host. He was very responsive with communication. Very private location with quick walk to everything in town.

Awesome Tallinn apartment

Three of us shared this very spacious apartment. It was big, clean, bright, and had a super location. We walked to everything - museums, parks, restaurants, grocery stores, concerts, and historical sights. There is so much within a few minutes walk. Some people commented about the street noise at night. There is some but it certainly didn’t bother us. We rather enjoyed all the activity outside our windows. We would definitely rent this apartment again.

We like this apartment the most among all. Very central location, clean, bright and beautifully decorated. Lots of eating places around and near many places of interest. Risto's father was waiting for us outside the house when we got there and helped us check-in. He was very helpful and friendly.

Sehr schöner Aufenthalt in Tallinns Altstadt, Ferienwohnung ist ideal gelegen und sehr groß, alles Wichtige ist dort und alle Geräte sowie das WLAN funktionierten sehr gut. Kommunikation war problemlos, wenn auch kurz (wobei wir Risto selbst nicht getroffen haben). Unser Sohn fand es toll, dass er so viel Platz zum Rennen und Spielen hatte. Freitag und Samstag Nacht leider viel Lärm, Wohnung ist kaum isoliert und alle Fenster gehen zur Straße raus. Ohrstöpsel empfohlen! Wir haben es sehr zu schätzen gewusst, dass es eine Waschmaschine gab. Gleich um die Ecke ist auch ein kleiner Supermarkt sowie um diese Jahreszeit der Weihnachtsmarkt! Super, dass man keinen Mietwagen oder ÖPNV bezahlen muss, weil alles so schnell erreichbar ist.
