"Private" parking against the villa in which the apartment is located.

Grand Confort in a small very quiet residence, 50 m from the only sandy beach, next to the Relais du silence: Hotel de la Roya.

"Private" terraces overlooking a flower garden. Pleasantly storied they more than double the living space in the extension of the apartment, from spring to autumn.
The mild climate (palms, orange trees) favors this outward-looking way of life.

The residence consists of 5 villas separated by a staircase. Ours, second on the right while going up, is divided into 3 apartments: one is at the level of the paved road (renovated this year) of access back of the small carpark corresponding to this villa.
Access to the other two apartments, including ours, by two separate staircases. An enlargement at the bottom of our staircase hosts a lovely flower garden of blue agapanthes preceding the pink hydrangeas, surmounted by a graceful ficus benjamina-small tree better known in the apartments-.

Access in a few minutes to downtown and its shops, restaurants and services, to choose on foot or by car.

By the beach, the pedestrian access to the small fishing port is in about ten minutes. Footbridge on the inlet and pedestrian bridge over a branch of the river.

The views are stunning from the beach towards 'Petit St Tropez' and back towards the mountainous cirque of the Conca d'Or.

The highlights of the festival animation for the summer are:
- Nights of the guitar in Patrimonio, village next to St Florent (Green Theater) at the end of July
- Porto Latino 5 exceptional days early August in the enchanting setting of the citadel.
On-site activities: all those related to the sea.

The nautical center is 100 m away (you can see it from the terrace). It offers courses and sailing courses sailing, windsurfing etc ...
A diving center is nearby.
The hikes are multiple, pedestrian Agriates, at the end of the small asphalt road that runs along the beach, extending by a track.
All possibilities in the middle mountains, since the Conca d'Or and its perched villages.
A little further, the mountain ranges offer multiple trekking, from the easiest to the most difficult for informed public (including the famous GR20 whose parts are reserved for experienced mountaineers even accompanied by a guide. One of our neighbors is a mountain guide.
Other activities: horseback riding, paragliding, kayaking, flying boat YES you have read! are on site or nearby.
The beach includes gently sloping areas perfect for small children who can reach a tiny island in a few tens of centimeters of water.
Shuttle buses (boats) lead you to idyllic wild beaches bordering a turquoise lagoon.
It was along the immense beach of Saleccia that was filmed the mythical film 'The longest day'.
From the beach of La Roya, you discover the western part of the Agriates by a pedestrian way of seaside, following the paths of the divine properties littorales.

A disco is about 3 km away (Oletta).

The BALLADES by bike for the brave or now with electric assistance (rental in town), or car: around the Conca d'Or:
discover the swarm of perched villages, in search of straws witnessing the agro-pastoral activity, palaces hidden in large buildings, Romanesque churches and other multiple testimonies of an opulent agrarian age.
Otherwise, it is a good starting point for the Tour du Cap and its American houses (Corsican parties in the past centuries to make a fortune in the Americas and income to build in the country beautiful homes and sumptuous tombs).
It is a way of radiating towards the Balagne and its olive trees, the charming ports of Ile Rousse and Calvi, mythical, so well sung.
A trip to Castagniccia is a different view of rural Corsica forest with its churches with high bell tower.
