We had a fun 5 day visit to Sandpoint. The townhouse is very spacious for our big extended family. The view and location to downtown Sandpoint is fantastic. Very nice to have a great heated pool and hot tub on the property. And also nice to have a garage to park in. The downstairs bedrooms do not have windows and the lighting is low there so that is a drawback. Conversely, the primary bedroom faces east and morning sun pours through early every morning--darker shades would be very helpful. The trains go by constantly and shake the house but we did get used to it. The townhouse looks pretty rough in many areas and seems due to be updated. The next door neighbor seems very unhappy that this is a rental and is quick to complain about every minor detail.

We are thrilled you enjoyed your stay and would love to have you back again next year! :) Please note, the town homes tend to book up far in advance. I would reach out at least 6 months - 1 year in advance for summer dates.

Great place with great views

We stayed here with a group of 9 people and this unit was so spacious, we did not feel like we were on top of each other. It was very clean and comfortable, and great proximity to town and a reasonable distance to the ski hill.

Winter ski trip

Our second stay here for our group of 9. Four kids age 9-16 and 5 adults. Plenty of room to spread out, sit by the fire, do a puzzle after fun days skiing up at Schweitzer. Large well stocked kitchen. Very comfortable and highly recommend!

Great spot for Schweitzer skiing

This was our third stay at The Seasons at Sandpoint. We have been very happy with all three of our visits. The property has units that will accommodate a large group, it's a short drive to Schweitzer for skiing, close to the town center, and it has a fantastic hot tub. The property owner was also very generous in comp'ing us a free night based on some minor issues with a few of the appliances in the unit. We highly recommend The Seasons at Sandpoint!

The views can not be beat, great location - just a quick walk to town, quick walk to the shared hot-tub (also with great views), the house is furnished well, the kitchen had everything we needed. Check in was super quick and the staff very nice. We did hear the train regularly, but some used ear plugs at night and slept well.

Perfect Home Base for a Fun Group Getaway

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Five couples looking for fun and adventure used this townhome as our home base for a five-day getaway — and it couldn’t have been better. The location was ideal, with onsite amenities like the pool, dock, and beach, plus a beautiful walking trail and easy strolls into town. From the moment we booked, the concierge was incredibly kind and helpful, making everything seamless through to the end of our stay. The townhome itself was thoughtfully equipped with everything we needed — a fully stocked kitchen, washer and dryer, plenty of beach towels, and cozy spaces to gather, whether around the dining table or relaxing by the fireplace.Highly recommend this spot for groups looking for comfort, convenience, and a bit of adventure!

Good stay with some caveats

Overall the stay and property was excellent. However a few things to note. 1. I’m not certain there was AC in this house. At least we couldn’t find it anywhere. It got HOT. The sun blasts this house all day and it never really cooled down at night. 2. The trains are LOUD!!! Two of the bedrooms are less than 50 feet from a train track and the trains come all hours of the day. 3. Location is great (other than trains) but it’s quite a long walk to the public beach. Bikes or car is recommended. 4. Check in process is a little old school. No remote check in. You have to pick the keys up from a physical person. And if you show up late it’s after hours. Would like to see an ability to check in with codes etc. 5. Hot water runs out fast. We had four adults in the house and in the mornings after one or two people showered we’d run out of hot water for a few hours. For the price we paid, we’d kind of thought they’d at least have instant and unlimited hot water.

We are very happy to hear that you enjoyed your stay overall, but want to be sure to address your concerns. 1. The townhome does indeed have AC throughout and our on-site team is more than happy to assist our guests with locating and operating it. 2. There is a train track that runs behind the property, but luckily we receive very few complaints about it. However, we do understand everyone has varying levels of noise sensitivity. 3. City Beach is right down the road from us (Sandpoint Avenue), but it can be up to a 10-15 minute walk. So a car, bike and/or wagon can certainly be helpful if you have a lot of beach gear to bring along. We do have a private beach area right on-site too for guests who may not wish to go off property. 4. We are a residential community where some owners happen to rent, rather than a traditional hotel/resort. So we do prefer to meet and greet our guests to ensure they understand the layout of the property as a whole, the location of their residence, answer any questions, etc. 5. That is not typical for the hot water to run out that fast. So we will be looking into that immediately and addressing. We do have maintenance staff on-site and are always more than happy to come and address any issues our guests are experience while they are in residence. We hope to have the opportunity to host you again :)

Awesome Townhouse close to the dock!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is our 3rd year staying at Seasons, and the townhouse is perfect for our large family. The 3 levels (with an elevator) give us lots of room, the lower-level rec room has easy access to the pool and hot tub area as well as the secure dock for our boat and jet-ski rentals. The staff is always there for questions or concerns; there is also an evening number if needed. This unit had everything we needed and hope to return next year.

Awesome Town House!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We spent an amazing week at this beautiful Town House! Our family of 10 enjoyed all that Seasons has to offer their guests. We loved the private dock, the pool and hot tub, the private beach and one of us had a fantastic message! Everything is a short walk from the townhome. We were also able to walk to town for restaurants and shopping. The Sat. Street Fair was great. Since my husband and I are 79, we really appreciated the elevator, especially from the patio level to our bedroom! Some have complained about the trains at night. None of us were bothered, they never used their whistles at night and were kind of soothing rolling through town. The staff was so very helpful answering our questions. My grandson left a special souvenir, and I received an email the day we got home offering to mail it to him. Thank you, Scott!! We loved everything about this property and look forward to returning next summer!

Great location and amenities

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We do a yearly trip with a few other people and this year we decided on Sandpoint. Having the marina (which we utilized), pool, small beach, walking distance to to town was very convenient. The house was nice and laid out well for a group. The basement bedroom configuration was a little awkward, both basement bedrooms have no windows, and you have to walk through one bedroom to access the other. We knew about this before we booked, though. Only negative was the neighbor next to us. We have a shared backyard space with them and if our children put their feet over into his section, or touched his grass or bushes, he made sure we knew that was HIS yard and we had to stay on our side. The children he was upset over were under 4, it's very difficult to keep them on one specific patch of grass when it's all open and shared. Also, this same neighbor watched a 75 year year old grandpa spend over an hour setting up a tent for his grandkids to play in, didn't say a word. Then called the front office and complained (tents aren't allowed, and we did not know). We had no problem with the "no tents" rule (honestly did not know), but he really just sat there and watched the entire time and didn't say a word to us, then called the office after it was all set up! He really could have just told us instead of watching the whole time and then calling it in. Needless to say, we felt like this particular neighbor kind of put a damper on the trip, but we still had a good time overall and the property and front desk were very nice. We would not choose this unit next time based on the neighbor.
