Trearddur Bay Cottage, 400m from beach, 3 bedrooms, sleeps 6, Sunny and quiet

I am glad you enjoyed the place. We acknowledge the the lane is small like many in North Wales. We do mention this in the joining instructions as we recognise it requires care. There is parking and turning outside of the property and we have cut the hedges back to make turning easier. I drive a VW camper and use that to check the turning areas. I apologised that I was unable to get the cleaner or plumber into check the bathroom on the day you reported a smell. We have tried to find the cause but we have found no smell since. The cleaner reported no problem when she cleaned the house immediately after. We are here in the house and and have found no smell either. However there was obviously something during your stay therefore the drains, plugs and behind the bath panels have been checked and cleaned incase. As you said, I offered a small refund for the inconvenience and if it has not arrived perhaps an email or phone call would have been helpful so that I can check what has happened. Although we are not always present at the property, We try to respond in a timely manner. I hope we did this during the stay and we responded to all your other requests and calls and we were happy to accommodate your changing circumstances.

The property has parking for 3/4 cars. The guests shouldn't drive onto and have no need to drive onto neighbours land! The garden furniture is solid and new this year. All soft furnishings and ornaments have been removed due CV Home-away requirements.
