Spend your next vacation in our beautiful 3 bedroom/2 living rooms/2 bath recently remodeled home while enjoying the Gulf of Mexico as your backyard in the beautiful and scenic nature coast . New appliances , new kitchen , and guest bath. . Fish off the dock or watch the sunset by the pool while sipping on your favorite drink. Direct gulf access for boats up to 40 feet. Kayak or boat around the corner to the flats (a beach in the ocean) and swim in the beautiful Gulf of Mexico with the dolphins or just hang out and enjoy nature .The open Gulf is only 300 feet away. Boat rentals available @ local marinas.Two single kayaks available for your use. Pets (dogs) welcome must be pre approved. There is a 6 person limit at all times. If violated you will be asked to leave and forfeit your security deposit. No more then 3 vehicles please .


Enjoy visits from dolphins, sting rays, and the occasional manatee. The private new dock is the perfect place to fish or park your boat if you choose to bring one. There is a Jacuzzi that waterfalls into a swimming pool, as well as a private dock for boating. There is fencing installed around pool . This house is a fully furnished home with two living rooms,two bathrooms with showers, one electric fireplace, and a new fully equipped, eat-in kitchen. The entire space can sleep 6 people with two king beds , and a built in queen bed in the sun room . The outdoor area is perfect for eating dinner overlooking water , gorgeous sunsets , boating ,kayaking, scalloping, fishing , grilling or just sitting by the pool soaking up the Florida sunshine . Smart t.v's in all bedrooms and living room. This house has many new upgrades including all new furniture and appliances. BOOK NOW FOR SCALLOP SEASON .

Whether you're looking for a spot for your next scalloping trip, fishing excursion, kayaking adventure, family get together, or a relaxing escape, this is a beautiful location. Two hours Disney. One hour to Busch Gardens and forty minutes to Homosassa Springs if you'd like to swim with the Manatees. Right around the corner from Weeki Wachee Springs ( Home of the live Mermaid Show}. In-shore and off-shore fishing charters available. Enjoy the amazing local cuisine our many restaurants available here in Hernando Beach. Some of which will cook your catch straight from our waters. The home was warm and welcoming. Beds were comfortable for us. We enjoyed walking around the neighborhood and watching the sunsets. We caught lots of fish off the dock, including a hogfish. Would definitely stay here again.

This house was AMAZING!!!! The pictures don't do it justice. It was extremely clean and plenty of space for our family. The pool was wonderful and our girls enjoyed fishing and kayaking in the canal. 10 out of 10! And Carol's response time was excellent.

Lovely home in the canal

Beautiful clean home. Well located. Two bedrooms and a nice size sun room, huge TV on the living room. Everything you need to feel at home. We enjoyed the pool, it is Summer so the sun kept the water warm. Did not use the dock, but there is one, did not get to see the dolphin but saw lots of fish. There is a grill and kayaks. Jabo's BBQ food truck and Lei Lo Tiku hut on the water restaurant, are very yummy eats just 4 to 5 minutes drive away.

Our stay was over the top and the house was perfect. The pool overlooking the canal of Hernando Beach to the ocean was great. Bonus for the home was the pool and the lanai. My family had an excellent experience and will return again to visit my family and to come back to my hometown to visit. Thanks for a great experience.

Fantastic stay

We stayed at the house for three weeks. The home is cute, comfortable, and very clean. On the water, we watch pelicans and dolphins every day. A short kayak paddle to the sea grass you can watch lots of dolphins come in and play. It is close to great restaurants with amazing live music. We took a short trip to the aquarium and a sanctuary. We had a great mix of busy and relaxation. Bill and Carol were very friendly and helpful. We would definitely recommend this home and hope to come back soon.

Loved our accommodations.

Wonderful accommodations with everything that we needed. Beautiful setting on the canal. Home was clean and spacious for four adults. Too cold to use the pool but we did heat up the hot tub twice during our visit. Carol, our host, was quick to respond to any questions that we had during out stay. Highly recommend.

Family fun 2023

Tranquil Retreat

We are locals who just wanted a nice quiet place to stay and relax. This home was perfect for us! Inside is well appointed and spacious. Decorated with a serene beach side theme. Outside is outstanding! Beautiful views. Spectacular Sunsets and native wildlife including dolphins who come right up to the dock. We did not have a boat but it would be a great spot for those that do. As I said I am a local whose lived here 37 years. I love Clearwater Beach and that surrounding area but this home is superior in being lovely and comfortable away from the noise. However it is located near the action and awesome restaurants too. We intend to go back!

Great get-away spot with bay access

My family of 5 (3 teen girls) had a relaxing week in Hernando beach. The house had a master bedroom a guest room with a queen bed and a bonus room with 2 full size mattress so all girls had their own bed. Pool and hot tub worked and we spent a lot of time there and under the covered patio. We used the kayaks in the channel and saw dolphin, manatees, and lots of rays. Beaches in the area are rocky and need to drive 1 hr to get to a good beach. This is a great spot for a low key relaxing stay.

House is great, problems after checkout

This house is awesome. The garage was full of construction materials, but it seemed like the bathroom was recently renovated so hopefully that is a temporary issue. The beds are comfortable. The water pressure is great. There is no bathtub. I think the listing indicates there is a tub (not an issue for us, but might be for people traveling with small children). The major problem was with the host charging for the propane to heat the hot tub. This was not in the listing (and I reviewed it thoroughly). When I refused to pay the request after checkout (and contacted vrbo to explain the issue), the host charged it as a damage to the property and it billed to my card. I challenged it with my credit card and informed the host that the listing did not indicate that the hot tub was heated with propane or that the cost of using the hot tub would be in addition to the total rental cost. She admitted that the listing did not disclose the information. She then requested payment for the pet fee. I booked the property using a link she sent that, per her message, included the pet fee. I quoted her message back to her and stated that I have already paid that fee. She has yet to cancel the payment request. In short, the property is great but not worth the headache after check out.

Great Location!

We enjoyed our weekend at this rental. The property description is accurate. We liked the pool and the fact that we could keep our boat right at the dock. The ride out to the open gulf is literally only 5 minutes. There’s a washer/dryer, and everything you need in the kitchen to cook with. Even though the home is dated, it was clean and comfortable for my family. I’d definitely recommend this house to others. Brittany S.

Great long weekend getaway

The house was clean and fully equipped. We enjoyed the pool, dock for fishing and patio area for hanging out. We rented a boat from Hernando marina and enjoyed fishing and snorkeling in the gulf. We will be back! Thank you!

Great location!

Perfect location on the water! The pool is great! There are a ton of sugar ants and the host should be avoided. Avoid any property in the area hosted by Carol.
