This large vacation house is situated at the edge of the El Yunque National Rainforest on 6+ acres of tropical rainforest jungle. Private gated access, on a small mountain just 1 mile from PR3. Large private patio and 10x20' salt water swimming pool constructed on the mountainside. THE POOL IS USED BY GUESTS OF RENTAL HOUSE ONLY, NOT SHARED WITH ANYONE ELSE.

This is not a cramped condo or apartment with many neighbors. You will be in a safe mountainside tropical jungle setting, in a large concrete house, with plenty of room to explore and enjoy!

The property is close to El Yunque National Forest, Luquillo (Monserrate) Beach and kiosks, Carabali Rainforest Park, Hacienda Siesta Allegre, and just 20 expressway miles from San Juan. The ferry terminal to Culebra & Vieques is 23 miles.

Bedrooms: NO BUNK BEDS!
King bed in master suite with walk-in closet and separate bathroom with large shower. The second bedroom offers a comfortable queen, a futon, and twin mattress for a variety of sleeping options. A queen bed is in the third bedroom. Second Bathroom is at end of hallway, near bedrooms 2 and 3.
Two Pack N Plays are available for traveling babies. A high chair is also available.
The couch in living room contains a queen bed.
Linens, pillows, and towels (including beach towels) are provided.

The house has accommodated many gatherings with friends and family sharing in the food preparation in the open kitchen with large island, with many guests gravitating to the large patio, or the open two stall garage in rainy weather.

Open floor plan and spacious rooms are located on one level, making it easy for elderly or toddlers to get around. No steps! Pool just off the patio has an iron security gate.

If you want to stay where you have all the amenities of home yet are near many attractions the island has to offer, reserve this home!

Ceiling fans and air conditioners in each bedroom and living room.

Full solar system ensures you won't have any power blackouts, which is a common occurrence on the island, while you are on vacation.

1,000 gallon water reservoir makes sure you will have a shower when you need it, regardless of the inconsistent utilities that occur frequently on the island. And yes, a hot shower!

Roku smart tvs in each bedroom, dvd player, assortment of movies, and wi-fi throughout.

We want your vacation to be a wonderful time and can help with anything you need before or during your stay. Hosts reside in separate 2nd floor unit with separate parking and entrance. Hosts do not monitor guests. With 8-10" of concrete between the floors, noise has not been an issue. See previous guest reviews.
