Villa Ebru is located 5 minutes from Dalyan town centre in the Maras region. The villa is contemporary and has a private swimming pool and gardens.

Downstairs

Kitchen A fully equipped modern kitchen, appliances consist of Gas hob/elec oven, dishwasher, fridge freezer and microwave. Smaller appliances are Kettle, toaster, coffee machine, Turkish coffee maker, cay pot(tea) and sandwich toaster. There is crockery and cutlery available for capacity of the villa. Doors lead from the kitchen on to a shaded terrace.

Lounge/dining area

With it's open plan design the dining area with table for 8 people and lounge area with comfortable sofa's. A flat screen TV with Turkish and English channels (albeit English maybe limited).There is also an open working fire for burning wood which can be bought around Dalyan when we have those cooler months.

Bedroom 1 Double bedroom with double bed,wardrobes & draws, en suite consisting of shower cubicle, toilet and hand wash basin. This room also has doors leading on to a private balcony.

Pool/Garden/Terrace

Located at the front of the villa in the gardens you'll find your own private swimming pool. Access into the pool is by it's own tiles steps and there is a small children's pool whereby you catch watch the little one's from the shaded terrace.

The shades terrace also has chrome fencing making it secure by the pool. A BBQ is also built of the terrace great for easy when making those meals for your al fresco dining occasions.

Gardens are laid to lawn giving you extra space to spread out with your sunbeds and relax when sunbathing. There are sufficient sunbeds and brollies to accommodate the capacity of the villa.

Other things to Note;

A 200GBP damage deposit is required on arrival, and will be returned to you prior to you departure.

All bed linen and towels are provided for use with the villa only.

We can arrange car/bike/mobility scooter hire, as well as trips, transfers from the airport and a welcome pack of food for your arrival.

About the neighborhood

Dalyan is situated on the Dalyan River in a delta fed from the waters of Koygeyiz Lake. The lake and river are famous for their health giving thermal waters and mud baths. The lake and river which runs into the sea gives access to a fleet of flat bottomed boats which follow the river through a miasma of reed beds, stunning vistas and open onto the famous Iztuzu Beach, winner of the Open Green Space Award for Europe in 2008. Iztuzu is also famous for the Carretta Turtle and is an environmentally protected area for nesting. are many attractions to fill your days. Beautiful beaches, forest walks, ruins of Caunos, Lycien Rock Tombs, Boat Trips, Turkish Baths, Masseurs, Natural Mudbaths, Thermal Springs, Scuba Diving, Markets, Shops, very reasonably priced Restaurants and Bars and charming and friendly people. These are just a few of the attractions you can experience during our very memorable holiday at Villa Ebru.

The town sits on the Dalyan river fed by the local mountain streams that converge on the Koycegiz lake. Locals and tourists alike can enjoy the natural Mud Baths and Thermal Springs at the side of the lake, then meander through the maze of reed beds, passing the ancient Rock Tombs carved into the side of the mountain 3000 years ago. The river opens onto the beautiful Iztuzu Beach, better known as Turtle Beach where the gently shelving beach is home to the endangered Loggerhead turtle as well as much bird life. Dalyan is a place that has something for everyone, no matter what your age; from doing nothing but relaxing, to white water rafting or sea kyaking, to lazy boat trips along the coast, stopping to snorkel and eat. Its a good place for the children/teenagers in your family: they can enjoy a greater degree of independence from the adults without getting into trouble. It is by and large a very safe place and the locals are friendly and trustworthy. This wonderful un-spoilt corner of Turkey is the perfect place to enjoy the relaxing and exotic culture of Turkey. Dalyan and its people are so incredibly friendly, you will probably never want to leave.

Getting around
No car is required as we are just a 5-7 minute walk from the town centre, small buses called Dolmus travel almost anywhere around the suburbs of Dalyan and stop anywhere they also run to the many villages, including Ortaca (next town) bus station where you can catch the larger coaches to further destinations.
Boat trips can be had from the town centre and many tours are available from the town centre or pickup can be arranged from the villas.
