House with large veranda, sea view, ideal for families and groups of friends

Prime location in a hilly, airy area. Ideal for large families, with two bathrooms (one renovated in 2013, with the addition of a shower stall, which is now included in both bathrooms). Very close to the centers of Santa Lucia and La Caletta (where you can set out on organized mini-cruises or rent an inflatable boat). Easy access via the highway (10 km to Highway 131 D.C.)
The house is located on top of a hill overlooking the sea (distance from the coastline approximately 800 m; elevation 50 m above sea level), just a few minutes from the beach. The living room, with an open-concept kitchen, opens onto the large veranda with a sea view through a large window. It is equipped with a heat pump.
The sleeping area has several rooms:
—one with a standard double bed;
—two with French double beds, all with comfortable built-in closets;
—a fourth with a bunk bed and a wardrobe.
A fold-out bed and a crib are available.
Depending on guests’ preferences, the layout of some rooms can be adjusted to better suit different types of groups or families.
All windows are equipped with screen doors.
