Central and modern apartment. Fully equipped and furnished.

Fully equipped and furnished apartment in downtown Oslo. The apartment has two bedrooms, a tiled bathroom and integrated living room and kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped in such a degree that it can serve as an adequate alternative to own home. The apartments also have private balconies and are part of the Theatre Quarter, a residential quarter which was completed in 2008/2009. A short distance from the main train station, bus station and all of the metro lines, this gives you a good starting point if you want to experience Oslo and its surroundings. Please note that we have several apartments on this location and that the pictures are meant as an example of how the apartment looks like rather than the actual apartment. All of our apartments have similar furnishing and the same equipment, so the main difference between the apartments are the floor planning.     A good find for our first visit to Oslo.

    We liked the apartment very much. It was modern and clean and, a big plus for us, it was well insulated so there was no noise disturbance at all. It was also walkable to the train station, local transportation, shopping centres and the property management office. I was initially bit wary of dealing with a property company instead of a property owner, but they were professional and helpful and very easy to deal with. The property was not the actual one as shown on the VRBO site but was very similar, and in subsequent correspondence, they do indicate that this may be the case. The only downside we experienced was that because residents of the block are allowed to smoke on the balconies, and being very anti-smoking, we were restricted from using our balcony or opening the windows when anyone around us was out there smoking. Overall we really enjoyed our stay in Oslo and would use Bjørvika Apartments again should we return. Roger & Charles. (Chicago)

    Great Location in Oslo

    The apartment is owned by a bigger company, so you need to go to their office to get the keys and information first. Luckily, their office is located right next to the central station (where I arrived from), and the apartment was only a short walk away. The apartment is in a perfect location within Oslo with plenty of restaurants and bars close by. The apartment is clean, simple, and has good wifi. I would stay here again!

    Great centralized location, excellent communication

    Stayed here for 7 nights in September. Very easy to get to from the train station. Centrally located, but far enough (12 min walk) from the main transportation hub (trains/buses/light rail) so that it wasn’t noisy. Plenty of space for 3 people, and the market one block away provided everything we needed to cook meals in the unit and avoid the outrageous Oslo restaurant prices 😆. Friendly neighbors. Excellent communication with the staff, who assisted me on more than one occasion. Hope to visit again.

    Das Appartement war sauber und geräumig mit innen liegendem Bad. Die Schlüsselübergabe war flexibel. Bei rechtzeitiger Reservierung gibt es einen Kfz-Stellplatz für NOK 180,-/24h in der Tiefgarage. Einige Sehenswürdigkeiten z.B. Oper lassen sich zu Fuß erreichen.

    Great location. Clean. Nice views

    It was a great location right near the main bus terminal and central train station. Very near to main downtown oslo and shopping. Next door to a grocery store. Super convenient. We were able to get to busses outside of Oslo from the main terminal. The apartment was clean and functional and quiet. The kitchen is adequate. There are no spices or anything left in the kitchen pantry by other guests. Excellent communication with the management company about the payment, the location, check in, etc.

    Well located, quiet and comfortable

    My family and I stayed at the apartment whilst we enjoyed a short break in Oslo. The apartment is well located, within walking distance of the centre and many of the attractions. It was also surprisingly quiet given its location and very comfortable. The owners were also very helpful and are located only a short distance away if you should need anything.

    Sehr schöne, gut gelegene Wohnung mit nur ganz kleinen Mängeln

    Die Wohnung liegt wenige Gehminuten vom Hauptbahnhof entfernt. Sie ist sehr sauber und modern eingerichtet. Es ist alles vorhanden: Waschmaschine (mit Waschmittel), Geschirrwaschmaschine, Wasserkocher, Toaster etc. Die kleinen Mängel, die ich oben erwähne, sind: der Wifi-Empfang ist sehr, sehr schwach!! Die Kissen verdienen den Namen "Kissen" gar nicht. Die sind so dünn, man könnte sie auch weglassen. Es müssten unbedingt zwei Kissen pro Person vorhanden sein oder zumindest eine bessere Qualität. Ausserdem ist das Doppelbett eher schmal.

    Wonderful service and property!

    Beautiful property, well maintained for a very good price. Our friends that live in Oslo stopped by and thought we got an excellent place. Coming from the U.S. we thought we were taking a chance prior to arrival but were very pleased and we would stay there next time we travel to Norway. Great service as well.
