We are sorry that our guest did not take the opportunity to actually see the house and discuss with us her issues: the house is very big, with an imposing park, probably not suited for a single couple, a fact that she could have understood by simply looking at the photos. She decided that leaving without a word and not answering our emails was the most appropriate behaviour. She rented the house for two weeks in August, and she took the legal obligation to pay for this period. We returned one of the two weeks of rent as a measure of courtesy, and we suffered one week of lost rent because of her behaviour. We find it very inappropriate that she makes a false claim of the house being dirty, full of garbage to hide her mistake of renting a property not appropriate for her need. Dies hätte man im Voraus wissen können, wenn man sich einfach die Fotos angeschaut hätte. Sie entschied sich dazu, das Haus ohne ein Wort zu verlassen und unserer E-Mails nicht zu beantworten. Sie mietete das Haus im August für zwei Wochen und sie nahm die gesetzliche Verpflichtung auf sich, für diese Zeit zu zahlen. Wir gaben eine der zwei Mietwochen aus Höflichkeit zurück und wir litten wegen ihres Verhaltens eine Woche lang unter entgangener Miete. Wir finden es sehr unangebracht, dass sie das Haus fälschlicherweise als schmutzig und voller Abfall beschreibt, um ihren Fehler zu verbergen, ein Eigentum zu mieten, welches ihrer Bedürfnisse nicht entspricht.
