This 4+ bedroom, 3.5 bath getaway can easily accommodate two families with plenty of space for everyone. Enter the open-concept main floor and immediately unwind for a relaxing vacation. A cathedral ceiling, leather furniture, 65” flat screen TV and wood-burning fireplace invite you into this mountain retreat. A fully-appointed kitchen with large pantry and washer/dryer make prep easy. Against a natural backdrop of mature trees, the outdoor deck and outdoor gas grill are accessed through the slider off the dining area which features a beautiful wooden artisan dining table with bench seating on both sides for 8+. The counter bar seats another 3. For convenience, a half bath is just off of the living room. The first-floor master features a king platform storage bed, private en suite bathroom, his/her closets and wall-mounted flat screen TV. Upstairs is a lovely bedroom with king sleigh bed and flat screen TV. A separate full bath and open loft space with sectional sleeper sofa complete this upper sanctuary. Going downstairs, you will find the family room with lots of seating on a huge sectional sofa to have fun together around another large flat screen TV. Kids will love the bunk room that sleeps 4. This large, lower level also includes another cozy king bedroom and a full bathroom. This unit is wifi-enabled, with complimentary internet access.

During the winter season, shuttle bus service to/from Loon Mountain is provided on weekends and holidays by the condo association.
