Beautiful golf course views from this two bedroom, two bath, gated condominium on Superstition Springs Golf Course in Mesa, Arizona. Ground floor unit, one-car garage with opener, and fully furnished. Newly remodeled kitchen and new flooring. King bed in main bedroom and queen bed in second bedroom. Sleeps up to four people. Also, high speed wireless/wired internet, and also wireless internet at the pool.

The condominium is within one mile of golf, restaurants, grocery, movies, and major retail shopping including Superstition Springs Center. Close to Superstition Mountains, museums, amusement parks and Spring Training Baseball.

This condo is perfect for snowbirds, weekly vacations, visiting family, temporary work assignments with or without a roommate, relocating/waiting for house to be built or sale to close, or waiting for repairs on your home.

Mesa Getaway

Lovely property exactly as described in the listing. Diane is a fabulous communicator. She checked in with us several times during our stay ensuring we had everything we needed. Appliances have “how to use” documents stored beside the appliance so there’s no guessing. You won’t regret booking here.

Wedding stay long weekend

Property was great just as viewed. Close to golfing,eating and whatever else you needed. Property manager was available and very accommodating. Had a very enjoyable stay. Would stay again without any hesitation.

Great Location for Golf Vacation

Short drive to many great golf courses. Plenty of restaurants to walk to for dinner. Nice pool and hot tub. Very well supplied to do laundry, pack the cooler and prepare Mel’s.

I cannot say enough good

This stay was excellent. I cannot say enough good about our host and her communication. There was multiple issues (all my fault by the way) that caused extra work for the host. She was gracious and willing to help me get through them over and over. I wouldnt hesitate to rebook with this host anytime - anywhere. The property was perfect. It met our needs without any issues. The stay was one of the best I've experienced over multiple platforms and years of travel.

Great location plus comfort

This vacation condo was perfect for a holiday visit as a couple with an adult son. Despite being right off the freeway and near easy shopping, its location on a beautiful golf course provided quiet and calm. In addition, the owners keep it stocked with basic essentials (from pool towels to kitchen tools) that make for lighter packing and less expensive trips to the grocery store. We could even have our tween granddaughters visit for a winter swim due to the heated pool. The owners also provided excellent communication and clear instructions for a foolproof stay. An attached garage was icing on the cake! Our family rents via VRBO several times a year, and we rank this property as one of the best for ease & comfort. Would not hesitate to return!

Diane was very quick and available to any comments. Will miss the birds, rabbits and golfers on the 9th tee and fairway. Neighbor was great. Recommend this condo. Restaurants and shopping all walking distance. Will be back when CAD is not 35%.

Clean, great view, very accomodating

The condo was more than we were expecting. The views were beautiful. The beds were very comfortable and the Diane was more than hospitable and accomodating.

Golf course backyard

Second time staying at this condo. Loved sitting on the patio looking at the golf course, listening to birds and watching bunnies and lizards. Great location with grocery store and restaurants within walking distance. Easy access to freeway. A very short walk to pool and hot tub. Nice pathways around ponds in the condo complex. Condo had all the basics needed for cooking. King sized bed was comfy. Some noise from people upstairs but we are used to living in a house. Diane was quick to respond to any communication and accommodating. Thanks for a lovely stay 😎.

It felt just like home. Very good location on a golf course. Near restaurants and shopping. Furnished very nicely. Had everything we needed for a great vacation.

Heaven from the escape of the Ca Sept wildfires.

The property was wonderful. Great location. Great view, the greens as well as the golfers striking a pose. Outstanding accommodations. The check-in process was seamless. I should know because I had experienced a couple of other stays elsewhere in this same year in this same area that was not quite so seamless. That is important when traveling from a long distance, sometimes arriving late at night. Diane left a very informative binder with local information and tips that was really comforting and helpful. Enjoyed the pool. The clubhouse within walking distance has the best "crush" burgers ever and friendly clientelle. If you don't want to do the clubhouse, lots of other options in the immediate area that is easy to navigate with Diane's thoughtful binder. Speaking of our host Diane, she was a lifesaver for me as I was booking during the Central California wildfires under evacuation warnings and the worst air quality recorded on earth due to the fires, during a heatwave there to boot. She was very accommodating as far as my emergency timing constraints and then also again when I ended up extending my stay. The very minor issue that needed attending was swiftly addressed by her property manager Debbie who was also just as accommodating and friendly. I'd like to hang out with Debbie sometime and/or hire her for a project... because it would get done, for sure. Highly recommend for your next Arizona escape.

Weeklong stay with a toddler

We needed a last minute rental with our 1 year old when our house closing got pushed back. Diane was kind, flexible and easy to work with. She checked in to make sure we had everything we needed via text, but wasn't overbearing. The kitchen was just what we needed, living space and patio for relaxing. Great location close enough to a major highway that it was convenient but without the noise or lights you'd worry about. Frys grocery store and starbucks were both a couple minutes away. Master bed was comfy, with great walk in closet. Dishwasher, laundry in the condo. We are about the basics, and Diane's condo felt like staying in your family's place. Not overly fussy, with all the important things you need nearby. Thanks for a wonderful stay!

Great time at Superstitious Springs

We had a great time, meeting a lot of people from around the country. It is a great location with restaurants, movie theatre and grocery store within walking distance. Sitting out on the deck watching the golfers was enjoyable. The huge swap meet was fun and always hiking was also enjoyable. One idea we came up with was to input speed bumps since some of the drivers go way to fast in the gates. Talking to one of the board members he told me that it is already On the agenda. I can't say enough great things about the condo and the owner, Diane! Both are awesome!!!

I had an extended stay in the condo, due to major water damage in my house. I scrolled through hundreds of rentals (no exaggeration) and always came back to this one.....the price was right, the pictures of the condo were great, the location was spot on and the reviews were great! I had never booked a rental before so I was somewhat apprehensive. There was no need to be. The 5 star reviews are correct!! Diane is an angel and if I could give 10 stars, I would!!!! She is SO helpful and, from the very beginning, I just felt that she really cares!! Her response time was just a few minutes and has been that way throughout my stay. Bottom line.....Diane is AWESOME!! No, I'm not a relative. Lol. Wish I was. She would be my favorite!! The condo itself has everything you could possibly want. I even chuckled because the kitchen has more baking ingredients than mine does at home. There are just lots of little extra things in the condo that made me smile. The condo is also very serene and quiet and sitting on the patio looking at the golf course is a lovely way to start the day. Also, the location is perfect. There are so many restaurants and fast food eating places in walking distance. It is also very close to Target, Walmart and Superstition Springs mall. You will love the neighborhood and the extremely easy access to the 60. I love this place and the owner, Diane!!! Considering all those hundreds of rentals that I looked at, and my situation, I feel that finding this was a "God-wink".

The condo is really nice.

We really enjoyed our stay at the condo. Everything you could possible want or need is there. Furniture and beds are comfortable and the patio is amazing. Great views of the golf course and fantastic sunsets. Would definitely recommend and rent again.

Relaxing!

Diane (landlord) was fantastic in helping us make all the necessary arrangements for a very last minute booking. The condo is quiet, very clean, well-stocked, has a fantastic view, and close to the highway and amenities. Our only hiccup was the internet cutting out, but Diane was very quick to respond and help us fix the issue. We would definitely consider coming back next time we come to Phoenix!

Our perfect vacation getaway

We really enjoyed our 3 weeks stay in this condo. We have stayed on the community before but this was in the very best position. As others have said, this condo is just a short walk from a number of very good restaurants from sports bars to Krispy Kreme. The condo its self was very clear and had everything we needed and more. The kitchen had plenty of cookware and crockery. There was plenty of lining and towels. As we like to spend time on the patio, this was furnished with all great furniture including Sun umbrella for shade if needed. The view was great as we could watch all kinds of birds and small wild life. You are not too close to the golfers but can still enjoy watching them tee off. The outside space and view was our main attraction so again this was just perfect for us. We did use the pool a number of times as it was like our own as it was so quite. For golfers, this is a great base for a golfing break as it is close to the I60 so all courses are easy to get to. The owner Diane was very accommodating with everything including the way we requested to pay and all the questions we asked. Huge thanks to Diane and we are now looking forward to returning again next year. It’s great to know we are going back to a great place as this. It’s just like having our own little gem.
