Check in is at 3 PM but will allow earlier check in for $25 fee if available. Close to Greenway, the dog park, Centennial Park, walking distance from restaurants and greenery, 1 1/2 mi from downtown. The perfect location!!

Pets: I also allow pets for a $30 charge. I allow more than one pet on a case by case basis, for one time extra fee of $25.

Pet rules: MUST put linen covers (provided) over duvet cover and couch; will charge $50 fee if there is excessive pet hair on the furniture . Please be respectful of the property; clean paws if it's muddy outside before entering. Rug and towel provided for paw cleaning. Run fans to alleviate pet smell when leaving.

This is a great option if you are wanting to stay somewhere quaint and local, close to all the action with enough distance to enjoy Nashville as a true Nashvillian in one of the prime neighborhoods, Sylvan Park.
