Charming little independent chalet, on the basement, on 1.500m2 of land, comfortable, able to accommodate 4 to 6 people.
Warm and charming interior.

The setting is embellished with bells of herds of cows grazing in the meadows of the neighboring hills.

The chalet is located in an area where you can enjoy many summer activities (swimming - boat - sailing - walking or cycling - visits - panoramic views) but also winter with winter sports (alpine skiing - cross-country skiing - dogs sledding - snowshoeing - sleds).

SUMMER OR INTER-SEASON ACTIVITIES: The chalet is located on the Jurassian plateau (750 meters) near CLAIRVAUX LES LACS, REGION DES LACS, made up of many natural water bodies of glacial origin (the largest of which is Lac de Chalain), located between 5 and 15 minutes from the chalet.
A large artificial lake (VOUGLANS) is located towards ORGELET (15 mins) where three large beaches are provided (sand and grass). We also practice Jet Ski, sailing, pedal boat and a boat trip is possible.
You can practice fishing, water sports, swimming, go for walks around the lakes (that is to say almost feet in the water), and for lovers of hiking or mountain biking make circuits in the forests. Visits and viewpoints are numerous, allowing you to contemplate one or more lakes.
Do not forget the 3.7 Kms walk of the 'Cascades du Hérisson' (the largest fall of which is 65m.), A river winding through a small glacial valley in the heart of nature.

WINTER ACTIVITIES: While during the summer period you can take advantage of various water-related leisure activities, during the winter period you can take advantage of various activities related to board sports, in particular: - In front of the chalet, a slope gives way to use toboggans or plates or any other object of gliding on snow - Cross-country skiing for all levels (beginners to professionals) whose first tracks are located about 10 minutes from the chalet (PRENOVEL - LES PIARDS - CHAUX DU DOMBIEF) then in moving away to SAINT LAURENT EN GRANDVAUX (15 mins) - MOREZ-MORBIER (25 mins) - PREMANON and LES ROUSSES (40 mins) - Alpine skiing for beginners and resourceful on MORBIEZ peaking at 1,180 meters - Alpine skiing with many slopes ( baby to black) spread over a Franco-Swiss domain and several villages in the ROUSSES sector - Still in the ROUSSES sector, you will have the possibility of practicing Ski Jöring or Ski Pulka (ride and n sled dog).
