Lovely place to stay with excellent ameneties, nice views and a decent pool.

This was a great place to stay and the location was very peaceful on the hillside but not experiencing any of the noise of the main roads. There were nice views particularly of the mountain, the pool was great and the bbq worked well. There was plenty of space inside and the tv setup was a nice touch. Very convenient with the parking space available right by the house. The kitchen equipment was quite basic and probably the only thing lacking but we were able to get by as mainly used the bbq in any case.

The villa was lovely perfect for our first visit to Tenerife

We had a lovely stay in the villa to waken up to the views of Mount Teide every morning was just too perfect and view of the sea just topped it off. The villa was home from home,with lots of mod cons to make cooking on holiday an easy task. The heated pool just made our holiday. We did not have a car and found it easy to get to the shops and beach and a bus or a taxi back was very easy.

Well, we did a big effort when we heated up the pool with solar pannels + electric bomb, but we really thought that would be a diference to enjoy the terrace, the pool and the barbacue. Great house

We are very happy of our holidays in this house. It was very clean, nice house. Very calm. And the warm swimming pool was amazing. Our children use the swimming pool all day long. Everything was perfect !!!

Lovely week in Puerto de La Cruz

Lovely Villa accurately described in the property description. Pool was much used and a good temperature with a supply of pool towels. Plenty of outside seating to enjoy the large pool patio and have an evening bbq. Communications with Ana was excellent. Check in and out process simple. Would recommend and return. Thank you

Pleasant, well equiped villa

The villa is in a lovely suburb of Puerto de la Cruz. It about 25mins walk down to the Port , beaches and the town. Puerto de la Cruz is a large tourist town but it didnt feel too over developed and there are some nice traditional restaurants which were kindly recommended by the owner. The villa was very well equiped. Everything you may possible need in the kitchen, including a coffee machine and a juicer. There were lots of welcoming touches such as tea and coffee, wine and soap for the bathrooms. There were plenty of towels and wii games and internet TV. The villa and pool were very clean and the patio plants made the outside very pleasant. The bbq supplied with charcoal was also very pleasant. The owner Ana was very welcoming and helpful.

A really lovely villa, well-furnished, practically a home away from home

We were greeted and settled by the property owner's mother, and settled right in. I was even given a lift to a local shop to buy basics before going on a proper trip the next day. The villa itself is very comfortable, easily accommodating 6 with enough space to allow everybody to do their own things. The television was left with clear instructions for use, though there is so much to do and see within a 20 minute walk that we didn't spend much time sat around inside! Though we had cloudy weather, it was still hot, making the pool a welcome luxury. With enough sunbeds for everybody, the patio was where we spent the majority of our time when at the villa, even when eating together. The bedrooms are all very comfortable and spacious enough to be shared by adults with large bags. The en-suites are also great, and kept clean. The showers take a little while to warm up, but honestly that wasn't a problem in the Spanish heat! With so much to explore on the north of the island (Loro Parque, and several black sand beaches to name a couple), and plenty of different places to eat various cuisines (thai, pizzerias, paella, sandwich cafés, and an incredible steakhouse), you'd really be missing out if you didn't stay here; the villa is perfect, with great views and good access to all your wants and needs (we didn't rent a car and managed to fill our days with activities no further than 30 minutes walk away).

Yes, the large terrace is the favorite place for our clients, because the barbecue and the quietness. Usually the showers (even when the 3 are used at the same time) only take 2 minutes to warm up, so I will double check why this time it took a bit longer, thank you very much for letting me know. We provide a long list of restaurants on the area, but we always invite our clients to add any new one!. Thank you again and please come back!

Drei Generationen gleichzeitig!

Die Villa bietet ausreichend Platz für 8 Personen. Sowohl Küche also auch Wohn und Esszimmer sind hierfür gut ausgestattet. Der beheizte Pool gibt einem die Möglichkeit, auch bei manchmal bewölktem Wetter, abzuschalten. Internet und Fernsehen inkl Netflix und Disney waren gut verfügbar! Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind gut erreichbar.

Gesucht, gefunden, sehr wohl gefühlt

Wir waren zu sechst für 1 Woche im Januar in diesem wunderschönen Haus, das wichtigste für uns, 3 getrennte Schlafzimmer, alle mit einem eigenen Bad, dazu eine komplett eingerichtete Küche mit Geschirrspüler, Waschmaschine und großem Kühl- Gefrierschrank, wir haben absolut nichts vermisst. Der geheizte Pool war sauber und eine ideale Ergänzung, der Grill wurde 3 mal benutzt, alles da was das Herz begehrt, dazu in Ana B. Reid eine jederzeit erreichbare Vermieterin die alle Anliegen sehr zeitnah beantwortet hat. Die Lage des Hauses, ruhig, zu Fuß ist man in ca. 25-30 Minuten in Puerto, Rückweg jedoch mit Taxi (ca. 7 €) Preis- Leistungsverhältnis für das Haus ist absolut angemessen. vielen Dank Ana, wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. viele Grüße von Joachim und Roswitha

Super Villa für Urlaub mit Familie

Das Haus ist perfekt für ältere Leute und Urlaub zu mehreren. Es fehlten nur Schutzlacken bei den Matratzen. Manchmal „stinkte“ ein bisschen die Evakuation beim Schwimmpool. Insgesamt ein schönes Haus, ruhig gelegen. Ich würde das Haus nochmals mieten. Mit freundlichen Grüßen Jocelyne Vignais

Schönes einfaches Objekt für Familien

Ein schönes einfaches preiswertes Objekt, dass aber in zentraler Lage von Puerto de la Cruz liegt. Man kann von dort aus wunderbar zu Fuß alles erkunden. Uns viel erst im Objekt vor Ort die fehlenden Klimaanlagen auf - jedoch hätten wir sie gar nicht benötigt, da sich die Wolken ab der Seite stauen und man häufiger bedeckten Himmel und somit niedrigere Temperaturen hat. Für uns war das Haus in Anbetracht des Preises echt toll. Der Pool ist übrigens sogar beheizt!

Great break with the family

We had a great break with the family and Ana was always on hand to help when we had problems. Puerto de la Cruz is a lovely town with lots to do, although do expect quite a walk to get there from the Villa. Everything was as expected and more. My only comment would be it would be great if Ana could update instructions on how to get there as the wall is no longer grey so we spent a little time searching :) Would stay again.

Ein wunderbares Haus.

Wir waren (3Paare) im September für 2 Wochen in der Villa. Das Haus ist sehr gut ausgestattet und befindet sich in einer geeigneten, schönen Lage mit Blick auf den Teide und das Meer. Bemerkenswert ist dass jedes der Schlafzimmer ein eigenes Bad hat, eine großzügige Küche und ein geeigneter Wohnraum bietet das Haus. Ein schöner Außenbereich mit Pool , genügend Sonnenliegen und Badetüchern lädt zum verweilen ein. Den gemauerten Grill haben wir mehrmals benutzt, er hat einwandfrei funktioniert und genügend Grillbesteck war auch vorhanden. Alles war sehr sauber und ordentlich. Milagros, hat nach einer Woche Bettwäsche und Handtücher gewechselt und sauber gemacht. Der Pool wurde auch wöchentlich gereinigt. Ana die Vermieterin war jederzeit über E-Mail oder WhatsApp erreichbar. Das Zentrum und den Strand kann man zu Fuß in 20 Minuten erreichen. Eine Bushaltestelle ist in unmittelbarer Nähe. Wir waren alle sehr zufrieden.

Die Villa ist ideal für 3-6 Erwachsene geeignet und die Vermieterin ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Die Lage ist großartig und der Weg ins Zentrum in ca. 20 min zu bewerkstelligen. Ich kann dieses Feriendomizil sehr empfehlen.

Great stay in a great property

We loved our stay at Ana’s property. No steps no stairs in the whole property very convenient for little children. Rooms are big and all of them with their own bathroom. We where four people and we did not have to use all the rooms. The pool is great and it is at great temperature. Calm neighborhood but you need a car to move around (we hired one and it was cheap) Property has all the amenities in the kitchen to enjoy your stay but if you need anything else just ask Ana and she will help you. For sure I will check this property in the future. Great to go with family or friends.

Großzügige Villa in Puerto de la Cruz

Wir haben die Villa für einen 10-tägigen Familienurlaub gebucht. Leider mussten wir nach dem ersten Abend die restliche Zeit aufgrund der Ausgangssperre im Rahmen der Corona-Krise im Haus verbringen und konnten so Teneriffa nicht weiter erkunden. Das Haus erwies sich aber als Glücksgriff, da die Räume sehr großzügig sind und die drei Schlafzimmer über ein eigenes Bad verfügen. Der Wohnbereich ist ebenfalls groß bemessen. Wir haben fast jeden Tag den beheizten Pool genutzt. Abends haben wir uns immer frischen Fisch und Meeresfrüche, die es reichhaltig im nahegelegenen Supermarkt gibt, auf dem Grill zubereitet. An manchen Tagen hatten wir einen tollen Blick auf den Teide, wenn sich die Wolken verzogen haben. Im Haus gab es auch einen Netflix-Zugang. Diesen haben wir allerdings nicht genutzt, da wir die Zeit lieber mit Gesellschaftsspielen verbracht haben. Mitte der Woche bekamen wir neue Bettwäsche und Handtücher und der Pool wurde auch gereinigt. Ana hat sich sehr bemüht uns den Aufenthalt in dieser schwierigen Zeit so angenehm wie möglich zu machen und wir standen in regelmäßigem Kontakt über E-Mail und WhatsApp. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

After 12 years managing other people villas in Tenerife, I decided to buy a house and desing a holiday villa, based on what I have learn all these years about my clients preferences, which are: being on a quiet place but not isolated; having privacy, access to a couple of restaurants and shops walking distance, wide band internet, Sat TV, en-suite bathrooms, private pool, barbacue, quality beds,ect.

O que faz essa propriedade ser única?

The best point of this house is its situation, as to find a private villa with pool inside Puerto de la Cruz is very hard to find, most of them are situated on the surroundings where a car is essential. If you stay on our house you can walk down to Puerto in 14 minutes or you take a bus from the bus stop 90 metres from the house (every 25 minutes there is one). Bus service here is cheap and puntual. The house is situated on one of the most exclusive residential areas of Puerto. Only private villas there, owned by forgein residents or Spanish doctors, hotel managers, ect. The views to Teide are the best in the valley, as you can see all the mountains range from the sea to the highest part of the Orotava valley. Having a HEATED pool (24ºC) is also a big advantage, as heated pools are rare fo find. Please ask me all your questions, we are here to help you.
