Lovely apartment near Flic en Flac beach, the sunniest west coast of Mauritius.

Luxury large apartment registered by the Ministry of Tourism. Please note that as the 1st of October 2025 the government has introduced a new Tourist Tax of €3 per person, per night payable on check in, excluding children under 12 years old. Ideally located close to the lovely white sandy beach of Flic en Flac. There are loads of amenities close by for an ideal holiday, for all the family or groups of friends. Long term rental available. A really peaceful and relaxing location away from the hustle and bustle of the busy locality, suitable for guests looking for a quiet vacation yet close to the centre of the lovely town. Few minutes away from the apartment there are local restaurants, public transports, a chemist shop, local shops and a well stocked supermarket. There are several places where you can book excursions to visit other parts of the island, fishing trips, boat trips, kite surfing, mountain climbing, market shopping, and trips to other islands travelling through lush verdant landscapes and waterfalls. Although Mauritius is only a small island, there are lots of places to explore by foot, car, organised tours or if you fancy exploring the island by yourself public transport is readily available. Mauritius is a volcanic island surrounded by beautiful mountains to climb and white sandy beaches to soak up the sun, chill out, swim, and enjoy the local food sold on the beaches. You can enjoy jeep safaris, zip lining and restaurants dotted around serving delicious local dishes to tempt your tastebuds. The apartment is tastefully decorated, clean and comfortable. A well equipped self catering apartment with the home from home feel. Beautiful large landscaped gardens with a big swimming pool for all the family and a paddling pool for children. Suitable for families, for couples or groups of friends. Gated access and 24 hr security guard on location. Hi speed Wi-Fi internet access suitable for guests wishing to work from home while on vacation. Landline telephone set available for local calls. Air conditioning in bedrooms. Cleaned once weekly with changes of sheets and towels . The white sandy beach of Flic en Flac is only minutes away. On the beach you will find refreshments, beachwear, shady places to relax and unwind, a clear blue sea to swim in and water sports. Please feel free to make enquiries we are always quick to respond. Great stay near the beach

Very comfortable two double bedroom apartment with a well equipped kitchen and two good shower rooms. On arrival we were welcomed by the owners brother who was on call throughout our stay for any problems, we didn't have any. Beds were comfortable, area is quiet and it's a short walk to the beach which is excellent. Restaurants are also within walking distance. Never used the pool but looked nice, sunbeds look like they need updating. Security on site who control the gates for the parking area which was never full. All in all a great stay, lovely island. Thanks to Manda, Ravin and Balla for making our first visit to Mauritius a special one.

We were very pleased with the location, the apartement was well-equipped. The Contactpersons, the cleaning and security staff was very curtious and helpful. We enjoyed early morning walks on the beach, the pool during the warm days and severeral times we visited our favourite restaurant Ocean! We hope to be able to come back to this apartement in the future!

holidays like heaven

We spent three weeks with three persons in this beautiful accommodation and we were very pleased with this apartment . The rooms are spacious, the whole apartment is clean, the kitchen is very well equipped, the technical items (Internet router, TV, washing machine etc) are in a very good condition … there is nothing to be complained about. The complex (Les Orchidess) is well secured and in a good shape … the only thing to be mentioned is that the walk to the (beautiful) public beach of Flic-en-Flac is not so conveniant because of the cementery that has to be rounded every time, you want to go to the beach / restaurants (fortunatly there is a generous pool in the complex) … the way to the center of Flic-en-Flac with its shops and restaurants is not tooo far. Mandas brother Bala is very helpful and he has done a brilliant job. Thank you for that pleasant stay in Mauritius.

Great apartment

Lovely apartment in a nice complex, not too noisy, and very clean (cleaner visits twice a week). The apartment is very well equipped, spacious and the air con in the bedrooms is a God send! Nice to be on the ground floor, though not directly by the pool which meant that it was peaceful. The pool is a good size and we often had it to ourselves. Security staff manned 24 hours which was reassuring (and useful if we had any local queries!). Short walk to local shops. We would definitely stay here again (and we have stayed at a number of places in Flic en flac over the years). Useful points to note - the wifi is limited and ran out after 10 days (but we are heavy users). Also, if you don't want cockroaches to fly in, keep your outer doors and windows closed after dark (and buy some cockroach spray to zap them if you do - this was the only time we saw cockroaches which are common in Mauritius). Tourist tips - we visited Casella and petted lions (well worth a visit). Snorkeling is good at Flic en flac beach (go to the end near the Spar) but if you want an even more amazing snorkeling experience, visit Blue Bay Marine Park - amazing! Thanks Ravin and Manda (and special thanks to your brother who waited for us to arrive when we were delayed) :)

Très agréable location dans une résidence située entre 5mn à 10 mn à pieds de la plage, des commerces et des restaurants ! L'appartement est très bien exposé, en rez-de jardin avec une sympathique terrasse, bien agencé, très très bien équipé et au calme ! L'accueil a été particulièrement chaleureux et les propriétaires ont eu à cœur de satisfaire toutes nos attentes ; Nous n'avons absolument aucune critique à formuler et serions ravis d'y séjourner à nouveau à l'occasion d'un nouveau voyage à l'île Maurice !! Nice apartment, in easy reach of the restaurants and beach, and a few local shops, clean and comfortable, only one issue which was sort very quickly, it's not upmarket but was just right for us , Balla the manager was very helpful,

Relaxed to the max

My partner and I stayed here for a fortnight, We had an early morning check in, Bala the owners brother met us with the key's and showed us the in's and out's of the apartment he was great. The apartment itself was clean and spacious with fully equipped kitchen. The pool was big enough, not crowded which was good. The location was perfect, only 5-10 minutes walk to the beach, restaurant's and supermarket. Overall when we come to flic en flac again we would definitely stay here.

Very good apartment in a very good location.

We had a very enjoyable stay at this very well equipped apartment in Flicen Flac.Bala was very helpful and was able to answer all our questions! Our only negative impressions were that the swimming pool would benefit from a complete tidy up, and the 4 sun beds and 6 lounging wooden boards are not enough for the amount of people using this pool!

Bel appartement bien situé.

L'appartement est spacieux et tout à fait conforme au descriptif et aux photos. Situé à proximité de restaurants, supermarché, de la plage de Flic en Flac (tout cela a pied ), et malgré tout au calme. Nous y avons passé un très bon séjour Appartement que nous recommandons.

Appartement au top!

Appartement super bien équipé comme à la maison!très spacieux dans une résidence sécurisée très proche de la plage de flic en flac et des commerces. Petite terrasse fort agréable! Par contre on peut penser qu’il se situe au bord de la piscine par rapport aux photos mais il est coté jardin ce qui n’est pas du tout dérageant car beaucoup plus au calme! Je rajouterai un excellent rapport qualité prix! À bientôt j’espère!

Angenehmes, ruhiges Feriendomizil. Der nicht weit entfernte SPAR-Markt ist sehr gut sortiert, Restaurants, Snack-Stände und Bars in der Nähe. Alles, was man braucht, ist vorhanden. Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen. Vielen Dank!!!

Pleasant quiet holiday home. The nearby Spar supermarket is well stocked, with restaurants, snack stalls and bars nearby. Everything you need is there. We liked it very much. Many thanks !!! Très bel appartement grand et lumineux, totalement équipé et sécurisé, situé au calme et à 2 pas des commerces et de la plage. Nous reviendrons!!! Sur le front de mer, nous vous recommandons ces 2 restos: TIDEZ, resto-bistrot familial, succulent et à petit prix. Mmmm leurs cocktails et fruits de mer !!! Et la Marmite Mauricienne, restaurant plus grand, très sympa!, avec énormément de choix et un excellent rapport qualité-prix : ) Si vous voulez boire un bon verre... le O Beach bar est super sympa ! The apartment is in a perfect location for everyone. It is well equipped for an enjoyable and relaxed stay. Some of our clients are regulars because of the service they receive when they come to stay with us. We also welcome new clients of all ages eager to explore the west coast of the island. Quiet location yet close to all amenities the best of both worlds. It is set in a beautiful landscaped gardens with swimming and paddling pool for the young ones.It is set in a gated area with 24hr security guard on duty everyday. The beautiful beach of Flic en Flac is a short walk away where you will find foods stalls, water sports and restaurants nearby. The beach is used by tourist as well as locals where you will see the colourful Mauritian way of life, truly an experience not to be missed. You can relax on the beach during the day and watch the sunset in the evenings. During the festive season you might be part of a celebration or even a free concert by the local artists. Once guests experience our way of life they like to come back time and time again. Mauritians are always very receptive of guests from other countries and try their best to please them. Please come to visit us and see for yourselves, you will not be disappointed.
From Flic en Flac you can reach other parts of the island by public transport, taxis or organised tours found locally. We also have all the amenities on your doorstep step for an enjoyable vacation and experience of the island.
Flic en Flac is a lovely place to enjoy a peaceful village feel near the beautiful white sandy beach with clear blue see. It is a place for locals and tourists alike, a nice way to get the true Mauritian vibe, a musically and culturally diverse community treat way to soak up the atmosphere. My husband and I grew up in Mauritius before emigrating but return every year to catch up family and friends, enjoy the way of life of our childhood and the Mauritian cuisine. We enjoy our apartment in Flic en Flac and the area.

Beautiful part of the island with beautiful beaches and lush green landscape surrounded by lovely mountain ranges. Quiet location yet close to amenities suitable for all ages. The beach is stone’s throw away for everyone to enjoy. It is an all rounder for a great vacation for all the families or group of friends.
There is something for everyone looking for a lovely vacation. Soaking up the sun, lazing around on the beach, delicious local dishes for all palates served on the beach, boat trips, fishing, swimming, sightseeing, clubbing, beach sports and walking.
