"THE PROPERTY
One of three short-term rental properties on this stunning 30-acre slice of paradise. Leave behind the hustle and bustle of everyday life and all your worries. Take a deep breath and relax on this beautiful Medina County, Ohio Valley property, surrounded by lush, wooded hills and sprawling, meticulously maintained grounds. Lounge by the pool with a morning coffee or evening cocktail. Discover this unique country setting and everything it offers—wander by the pond, gather around the cozy firepit, stroll the wooded hiking trails along the West Branch of the Cuyahoga River. Visit the horses in our high-end, fully paneled stables, including two spotted National Show Horses—Fame Color Me Diamond and Lady Margaruite of Monaco—a black full-blooded Arabian named Pharaoh, and our adorable Shetland pony, Sultan. All our animals are extremely gentle and friendly, including our four barn cats.

THE GUEST HOUSE
This charming, single-story, western-themed guest house is thoughtfully decorated with well-matched fixtures and furnishings. Entering from the back of the building, you’ll step into the mudroom and laundry area, complete with a state-of-the-art front-load washer and dryer, plus a laundry sink basin. A small hallway leads to a full bath and a well-equipped kitchen. From there, you’ll find a spacious dining and living room—perfect for entertaining, sharing casual meals, playing board games, or relaxing with a movie or TV series. Off the dining area is the master bedroom, featuring warm, inviting western-style bedding on a comfortable queen bed, with furnishings to match. The master bedroom also has its own private entrance to the full bathroom.
