This Recently Redone Condominium Includes:
Master Suite: King bed, televison, dual vanities, two closets, and large walk-in shower.
Guest Room: King bed, walk-in closet and completely remodeled bath.

Sunningdale get away

Clean as a whistle, 2 big bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms .. the main bathroom being quite large , beautifully tiled and two separate closets and sinks. Tiny but very well equipped kitchen and very pretty, small patio. Great location

Beautiful spacious getaway

This condo is absolutely the best. It has a spectacular view of a lake and the mountains. It is private and close to grocery stores. The interior of the condo is tastefully furnished and very spacious. Both bedrooms have large TVs and very comfortable beds. The kitchen has an ample supply of dishes and includes everything you need for a longer stay. A small pool is within walking distance of the condo. Please note that it takes the air conditioner a while to cool the condo down so don’t think it does not work like I did. Patti is very responsive and helpful. This condo is worth every penny and I highly recommend to anyone who wants a relaxing getaway.

Lovely, Clean, Well-Equipped

My husband and I (& our dog) stayed here for 1.5 weeks while working remotely. The condo was perfect and the views from the patio were awesome. The furnishings were neat and comfortable. The home was very clean and it had every item you would ever need for cooking, relaxing and just living. Patti was also very accommodating and easy to communicate with. It was a lovely experience to stay here. It was even nicer in person than in the pictures, there is so much more space than you'd realize! Highly recommended.

Fantastic place in the desert

I recently schedule a trip last minute. Patti was wonderful in working with her cleaning crew to make sure they would be able to turn the place in between guests. The apartment is spacious and has literally everything you need. The back patio is beautiful, looking out over the lake. There are pools all over so you can hop into one, likely privately. I worked while there, the WiFi signal is strong. Enjoy!

The perfect desert spot

Fabulous condo!

We really enjoyed this lovely condo on the lake. Sitting on the patio watching the many birds was very entertaining. The location was great, and the unit was comfortable, clean and modern. We would return again!

Great time!

We stayed in this wonderful condo for a getaway on Memorial weekend. This condo is spectacular! It is furnished comfortably, the kitchen had everything in it we needed. This condo was one of the cleanest we have rented. Rental was very smooth with the owner, great communication and easy transaction. We spent most of our time enjoying the pool which is just steps away from the condo. Peaceful setting, sitting on the patio enjoying the view of the lake and beautiful mountains. Very quiet community. The owner made checkout very easy leaving instructions on the refrigerator. We will definitely be renting this condo again if it is available. Thanks for the great getaway!!

Great weekend getaway!

From the first inquiry, renting this property was a very positive experience. Before our arrival, every question was answered quickly and thoroughly. I found the payment process somewhat inconvenient, because I couldn't pay by credit card. However, we rented very late, and if time had allowed, I'm sure I could have mailed a check, etc. The condo is very nice, clean and comfortable. The kitchen was well-stocked (equipment, etc.) and the amenities throughtout were far above average. Location on the lake was pleasant, and the mountain views were lovely. I would suggest that when asking for address, directions, etc. you should be sure to understand clearly where the gates to the Mission Hills Country Club are located, because arriving late at night (as we did) made it somewhat confusing to find gate. This was entirely my fault, not the owner, and I only point it out to save future guests the problem I caused myself. I really liked the location for a variety of reasons - proximity to 10 freeway, stores, Agua Caliente, etc. The grounds of the entire community were very well-maintained, peaceful and clean. All in all, we had a great, relaxing weekend, and were sad to leave. I would enthusiastically recommend the property to anyone, and plan to return at the first available opportunity!
