A beautiful home with a spectacular view 20 minutes from the Capitol City of Croatia, Zagreb. Nestled in the hills above the town of Jastrebarsko in the region called Sveta Jana (village of Ivancici). Located in Zagreb's Wine Country. 2 1/2 bedrooms, 1 bath with washing machine. Full kitchen with dishwasher. Huge backyard for kids to enjoy. Close to local Pubs. Enjoy Hiking and many other outdoor activities. 1 hour from the beautiful Croatian Coastal town Rijeka.

Neighbors Please be considerate of your neighbors. Your vacation rental is situated in a residential community. “Partying” during the late evening or early morning hours (11 p.m. – early a.m. hours) can be disruptive. Large gatherings are not permitted. All neighbors adjacent to our vacation rentals have our emergency numbers; if the police or we have to be called out one time, you will be escorted from the property. Vacation Rental Keys If you lose your keys each lock at the property must be changed. For your security, as well as the security of the property, please do not lose your keys. Heating System Please keep the doors and windows closed if your heater is on. Water & Power Usage Please use our water and power carefully. Trash & Recyclables Make arrangements about trash with the Caretakers Elena and Marian Mitric at Ivanicici #8 We ask that you just strip the beds that were used (you do not have to wash the linens). In addition, please lock all doors and windows. You MUST drop the keys off to our Caretaker Elena or Marian when Checking Out. If the they are not at home we have a mail/drop slot to the left side of our front door. Place the keys through there. Contact (1-818-425-7706) should you have any Check Out questions. Please do not leave dirty dishes, any ‘leftovers’ or perishable food items left in unit, trash not placed in its appropriate receptacle, soiled ovens; if you spill something please be sure to clean it up. Our vacation rental should be fully equipped with all materials you will need for the above requirements.

My stay in Ivancici

Clean older property with a magnificent view in the rear. You will want to absorb the view in your mind to keep it in your mind forever. Property owner was available if needed. Very quaint area. I was quite comfortable there. Owners next project is installing air conditioning which will be great. Thank you for the opportunity to use your house. Neil and Bruiser (my dog)

Best vacation ever! A little piece of paradise!!

Our first trip to Croatia with our 4 children was amazing. We arrived late in the evening in the rain. The caretakers greeted us with slippers and warm rolls to eat. They were beyond welcoming. Our children enjoyed playing in the yard, walking to the local shop for fresh bread daily, swimming at the local swimming hole with water so clean you can drink in- in fact they bottle it. The people are the nicest in the world. We always had a neighbor dropping off fresh bread, roses, homemade wine and food galore. This village is heartwarming. The view from the home takes your breath away too. It truly looks like a painting. We enjoyed sitting on the balcony sipping coffee and soaking it all in. The home is in a great location for day trips. We went to Plivitce lakes, Samobor, Zagreb, the coastal town of Opatija and the island of Pag. It's a wonderful place to make memories and explore beautiful Croatia!
