The property was clean and ready on time. The location was exactly what we were looking for. There were plenty of towels for my family of five for the week. The private beach access was nice and provided the relaxation we needed. The kitchen was well stocked and allowed us to prepare meals in the condo. I do wish there was a washer and dryer in the unit, but the laundry facilities on site were readily available when needed. The WiFi access allowed us to use our fire stick we brought along with us.

Summer Vac

While it was a clean place, it was way smaller than what we expected, main bed was way smaller. No washer machine provided and we had to pay to wash our clothes. The area was good but the listing said quiet time was from 10pm-9am and there were people all around very noisy every night, especially the people on the upper floor, and it was very frustrating trying to get some good sleep.

Beach getaway

Needed a place on short notice. Found Gulf view. Was easy to book, price fair, easy checkin, great location. The condo was clean, comfortable, well equipped. It was easy to get to the beach and it was centrally located to most activities.Parking was easy. There is not an elevator which was not a problem for us, but may be for some. We pull a wagon and there is not a ramp at beach, just steps. I would have liked access to both pools, not sure why you can only go to one pool. Overall a nice place to stay.

Fantastic for the price!

While this unit could use a little updating, it was still nice and functional and is in a fantastic location. I highly recommend Gulfview overall. The size works great for a family of 3 or 4.

Would never stay there again paint peeling from door, floor tile missing pieces, cabinets all chewed up the paint in bathroom was 5 different colors the the water pressure was terrible definitely not worth what we paid for it

Great Location

The location was perfect but I would not stay in the same unit again. The location and condo were perfect. There was plenty of room and the condo was very nice. They advertised 2 pools but when we got there, we were only allowed to use 1. The one that we couldn't use was for another building. The code to get into the gate at the beach did not work. Neighbors told us the actual code. When we went to the beach, we did not have access to the chairs and umbrellas without paying extra. The reason I would not stay in the same unit is basically because of not having access to the beach chairs. I feel like I paid a lot of money to be close to the beach and have private access and the chairs should have been included. I have 2 small children and needed the umbrella. I would absolutely recommend it to others though. Just know that you will pay $55 a day extra for beach chairs.

Vacation week in the gulf

First time on gulf side of Florida it was a long ride but we did enjoy our stay was a beautiful beach The condo was clean bed slept great only thing I didn’t have was enough water pressure in the shower

Location is perfect

This apartment is located in a second floor, building is a little old but everything works very well, we enjoyed a lot beach and swimming pools. There are 2 swimming pools and 1 Jacuzzi...the apartment has everything you need for vacations...

Family Spring Break ‘23

First time to Destin, condo was just as listed and easy to find, great beach across the street. Walking to restaurants, ice cream, and souvenir shops.

Great place but a mean neighbor.

We love the condo that we stayed in but the neighbor right underneath she kept screaming and cussing at us and everything else if you go out on the balcony should cuss you out she was constantly calling law on everybody everybody who lived around her actually the place told us that she does it all the time the ones next door to her ones upstairs us anybody around her around her and outside of that though we had a great time there I've been coming there for years.

Don’t overlook this place

Spent 5 days at this property with my boyfriend. We made all our breakfast and lunches at the condo, it had everything we needed to cook. I would definitely make sure you get seasoning if you are going to cook. The neighbors that we met were all so nice and helpful with places to eat and watch football. Damien down at the beach was great!!! He had our chairs set up in the perfect spot everyday waiting for us. Being able to just walk back and forth throughout the day was the best part of the property!

Great property

Excellent property with private beach access. Plenty of food choices within walking distance. Condo was clean and we'll stocked with dishes, silverware and the little things you need. Will stay here again!

Great place but noisy from above unit

Everything was great except it was very loud when the occupants above would walk around or do anything. I dont think they we’re doing anything out of the ordinary it seemed more like a lack of insulation in between the above unit. Not really complaining about it but wanted to pass on my observation.

Perfect Location

All in all, this place was good! The location was more than perfect. Couldn’t have gotten closer for the price. Just a hop across the road, and you’re there! Very close to all of the great restaurants. The property itself was pretty and clean as well. Pools were well kept and clean. There were plenty of towels and wash cloths in the bathroom, and the bed sheets were clean and fresh. The beds were very comfortable too, which is shocking. There is also plenty of room for all of your belongings. The only thing is the furniture isn’t the same as what is shown. The living room furniture is a little run down and old. 1 green couch, and a chair. Furniture was clean, just kind of old. Kitchen appliances were updated, clean, and worked as they should. The only “dirty” thing was the floors. The grout needs cleaned, and there was sand all over the floors. There was a broom to clean it up, but we ended up keeping our sandals on the whole time because of the sand. In summation, I would absolutely stay here again!
