One Balcony facing East and North, extends from the Master bedroom and wraps around the entire great room. Sunrises and ocean views. Second Balcony is off the kitchen. Third Balcony faces the West for beautiful sunsets. Here is what a guest says about the unit, "loved your unit. It was everything you said it was. Everything else pales in comparison."

The Condo complex and unit are well maintained with a Heated Pool and Hot Tub. Exercise room. Two elevators. Private ocean access. Garage and extra space for beach chairs and umbrellas. Washer and dryer in unit.

The unit is totally furnished and equipped for a luxurious fun filled vacation.

Minimum Rental Period of three (3) months.

We Really Enjoy Our Winters At Rays' Amazing Condo

For the last 6 winter seasons we have really enjoyed our rental at this amazing condo. We have wintered in Cocoa Beach for the past 12 years and this is the very best condo we have stayed at. The spacious three bedroom corner unit has exceptional views of the eastern sun and full moon rises, and the northern view lets you view rocket launches from Cape Canaveral right from the large balcony, while the western view lets you sit and relax to enjoy the beautiful sunsets over the Banana River. All this from the condos balconies. The buildings location is within walking distance to many dining options and close to a discount and hardware store as well as the Post Office and Library and is only three blocks from downtown Cocoa Beach. Its a great unit and location.

Stay in beautiful 6th Fl corner unit

My wife and I have been coming to Cocoa Beach for years. This open air, roomy condo is by far the best unit we have ever stayed in. It is open airy and very well set up. When you first walk in with the sliding glass door blinds open all you can say is WOW! It is perfectly situated in the heart of downtown Cocoa Beach within walking distance to many great restaurants and bars including the famous Coconuts On The Beach. although it was only my wife and I the condo is set up to accommodate 9 guests. Great sunrise, sunsets, and launch views. We would highly recommend this condo to family and friends and the owner was accommodating and easy to coordinate with.

Home away from Home!

We have rented Raymond's condo for the last two winter seasons and are happy to call it our "home away from home"! The condo is a 6th corner unit and the view over the beach and ocean is breathtaking! Watching the sunrises from the master bedroom are amazing and you never tire of them. Watching the activity on the ocean along with the great view of the space launches can entertain you for hours. The condo location is great. We walk on the beach to the pier ,can walk to many great little restaurants nearby, walk to the library and gym. The golf course is five minutes away.. The condo is bright ,clean and spacious. The owner is accessible and cares about the condition of the rental and pays attention to detail. The building is well maintained, with a heated pool and hot tub which we use often. The owners and other guests are friendly. We highly recommend this unit and are looking forward to returning next winter!!

Welcome to Cocoa Beach on Florida's Space Coast!

During my stay I was able to watch a rocket launch from the ocean side balcony. This condo is spacious, quiet, bright, clean and comfortable. It has a lovely open kitchen and living area, 3 bedrooms, 3 balconies, 2 full baths, laundry, swimming pool and the beach at the back door. I biked on the beach and surrounding areas, dined at great local restaurants, shopped in quaint old town Cocoa, hung out on the balcony and watched pro football games on the large screen TV. I am so looking forward to staying there again for total rest and relaxation. I give this condo my highest recommendation.

Welcome to Cocoa Beach on Florida's Space Coast!

Best 3 Bedroom Condo in Cocoa Beach

Our family just returned from Cocoa Beach. We could not have been more pleased with Raymond's Condo. We have vacationed in Cocoa Beach for the past 15 years and like to stay at different places to see what each offer. That was until we stayed at Raymond's condo. It was by far the best condo yet and plan to stay there again next year. Raymond made the rental process very easy. He was extremely responsive, he checked in with us regularly before we arrived to arrange access as well as shared some helpful tips on things to do in the area. He also checked in during our stay to make sure we have everything we needed. This is a newer complex for the area. The garage under the building was very convenient, the parking space is steps from the lobby. There is a nice storage unit in the garage that made it easy to get the gear to the beach and back. Raymond provided plenty of chairs and beach toys, we added an umbrella to his beach gear. The pool area is very nice, a bit smaller than the pools at the larger complexes, but with the smaller building we usually had the pool to ourselves. The few people we did meet around the complex were very friendly. The complex also has a small work out area, like the pool its small but was always available when we wanted to use it. Raymond's condo was amazing. As you get off the elevator and walk toward the front door you get a great view of the banana river. As you enter you have a wonderful views of the ocean from from all of the living areas and master bedroom. The condo is much bigger than any of the 3 bd units we have stayed in which makes all of the rooms very spacious. Its well decorated and has everything you need. The kitchen is well stocked, the washer and dryer are new, and has plenty of linens & towels. The beds were very comfortable, many of the other condos we have stayed in had marginal to very uncomfortable beds. If you are looking for one of the best 3 bd condos in Cocoa Beach, this is it. Thanks Raymond for providing a great place to stay and ensuring we had everything we needed. Look forward to our stay here next year.

Excellent Condo!

Our stay at the condo was amazing! The building was very clean and well maintained, as was the condo unit itself. The views were unbelievable direct ocean front. The pictures do nothing for this unit. Looking forward to our next stay.

Breath taking views

We looked and read reviews on alot of places before we decided to rent Raymonds 3 bedroom condo. We contacted Raymond for specific dates and he was available November 29th- January 3rd. We have been staying in Florida for winter months for 8 years but in the past we stayed with the Fiancé's parents. We love them but just wanted privacy. Raymonds master bedroom huge with sliding glass doors out to the balcony, if you left that door open you could hear the waves and for some reason it always resulted to a nap. The balcony also had lounge seating to watch ongoing beach goers. AND POSSIBLY ANOTHER NAP HAHA. Saw dolphins and tons of surfers. My fiancé siblings spent the weekends with us so they stayed in the 2 spare bedrooms. 1st bedroom was right across from the 2nd full bathroom. There was a queen size bed and still had plenty of room for getting around. No tv 2nd spare bedroom had a balcony for the best sunsets. This room had a nice tv with cable that the youngest sibling liked. We liked that we had a washer and dryer Loved the seashell display he had, and actually added to it, kinda like it was like their guest book. Kitchen was a good size, loved cooking in it, but wished their were more kitchen tools, better knives and pots and pans. Also more wine glasses, But if you don't cook, not a big deal! We purchased Groupons for most of our dinner meals. Loved the private garage, and also loved that we could walk to Coconuts on the beach and get lunch, and breakfast at Sufanista and Simply delicious. Garage had shopping carts to take all ur heavy suitcases and groceries up. We borrowed my fiancés fathers fishing poles and did a alot of fishing, across the street is a tackle and bait shop with a very knowledgeable grumpy lady on surf fishing. I didn't have my license but it was so private on the beach I never got questioned. We caught tons of whiting, jack creval pompano. ..it was so fun. Can't wait to go back.

A Beautiful Stay and We Will Be Back!

This condo is in pristine condition and has a very spacious layout. Quality items from flat screen tvs and soundbars that you can connect your iphone to high end hotel style beds and linens. The view is simply astonishing and some days we just could not get ourselves off the balcony. Since the condo is an oceanfront END unit you are immersed in an ocean view. We most enjoyed the sunrises and sunsets from the balconies at both ends of the condo (east and west). The beaches are absolutely gorgeous and we liked riding the bicycles on them. The pool is clean and heated. The jacuzzi has a small water fall that sounds wonderful. The building is well maintained. We rented Kayaks for a tour in the Banana River and a giant Manatee with her baby come right up to my Kayak. A couple of rockets launched while we were at the condo and we just watched them from the balcony. Disney is only 50 mins away. The restaurants are many and we cooked several meals in the kitchen. Cocoa beach is now our favorite destination and we will rent this condo again. We would highly recommend this condo unit!!!

Upon finding this gem of a property in Cocoa Beach, I find little reason to travel any further. The beaches are absolutely the best and you can walk or ride your bike for miles. The view of the ocean can be seen from almost every part of this condo. The condo is true luxury on the ocean. The view has got to be experienced.
