The house has a private terrace of 11 m2 with sea views, sun loungers, barbecue and outdoor dining room for 6 people. The house also has a washbasin: bathtub with shower, hand washbasin and toilet. In the shared garden there are 6 showers with hot water and 4 bathrooms that you can use when returning from the beach. There is a parking lot 20 meters from the house owned by the municipality of Palamós. You can park 1 car in the property. This parking is free throughout the year with the exception of the months of June, July, August and September in which you must pay. There is also a shared garden of 3,500 m2 where there is a pediment and a ping-pong you can play the pediment and ping-pong for free you will find the rackets and balls in the house.
