Comfortable apartment, 400 meters from the sea, balcony, in house with garden.
Bright accommodation in a quiet area of Cala Gonone, (Gulf of Orosei) Sardinia, in the province of Nuoro, along the eastern coast. It is located 400 meters from the Spiaggia Centrale (Town Central Beach). A rennovated apartment, cosy and confortable, that sleeps 2 and up to 4 people in 2 double bed-rooms,with the possibility of 1 extra small fold out bed and/or baby cot in the larger bedroom. Possibility of more guests either in the same house or very close by, if you happen to be a largish party, or various families.
There is 1 air-con device for the summer and 1 heat-pump for the winter, in the eating area; this can serve the 2 bed-rooms communicating with the living area.
The accomodation comprises of two bedrooms, both normally for 2 people each. Kitchen-dining area. WC and shower rooms are separate. Confortable private, furnished balcony, in front of a pinewood. Some garden in common. There is a furnished, confortable kitchen with everything you need to cook and have your meals. With TV, electric oven , fridge with freezer. You will enjoy a confortable outdoor shower for common use, normally with warm solar-energy-heated water. Nice spacious garden for common use. 1 private balcony with table and chairs on the east-side, plus a sundeck chair and a garden sofà with foot-stools/footrests, this adding space to the apartment and giving views of a pretty pine wood, and through this at times a glimpse to the sea and some view to the beatiful wild mountains nearby. The latter enhance the apartment, making it feel bigger and enables outdoor eating and drinking to be that bit more enjoyable. The apartment has what you may need for a relaxing holiday including shared barbecue area for the summer.
We may be able to provide various accessories for children, such us stroller, high-chair, some toys. A sort of cart/double stroller for 2 children may also be available.
In town and nearby there are superb bays and beaches, all along our coast; a crystal clear aquamarine sea for diving, snorkeling and sailing; huge limestone cliffs slabs and overhangs; walks through fantastic gorges, mountains and coastal paths. On request and if at all necessary we have a storage room with extra toilette, just in case.
Weekly prices in the advert are at times meant for either 2 or for 4 people, depending on the offer taking place at that moment . To enable us to be more precise, do get in touch with us , please. Especially if you happen to be more than 2 or 3 people the total cost may well be different.

I was born and raised here, in Sardinia. I have traveled and lived several years abroad, mainly in Europe and Latin America.
I am currently working in the tourism sector, also taking care of excursions of various kinds, above all on foot, (trekking/hiking) by bike, canoeing. And often enriching these with eno-gastronomic details, such as lunch with shepherds, visits to our vineyards with tasting of wines, cheeses and local salami.

Our house we built and refurbished ourselves, mainly for family use.
Every so often we rent out 1 or 2 apartments, so that we can better deal with the various expenses that each house entails.
We also like to host people from other places, and help them spend a pleasant stay in Cala Gonone and in Sardinia. We have been doing this for many years, and this has been very pleasant and interesting, both for us and for our children.
In particular we like to give information and tips to those who wish to better get to know our territory, our culture, archeology (nuragic villages). Moreover, with us you could enjoy doing some excursions by land (trekking/hiking) and by sea,by kayak, by bike. And there is obviously our interesting and genuine local cuisine, specialties, and our tasty local wines.

O que faz essa propriedade ser única?
It 's just our house, built mostly with our own hands, with my father's help; he was in fact a bricklayer. Also for these reasons am I fond of the house. And becausethe house has got a garden, there is space around, and there are naturalistic spots a few minutes on foot from the property. The sea and the mountains are just there; and there is plenty of nature close to, and around the house.
