Our Direct ocean front corner unit at the Sandcastles is decor in a Key West look and is located in Famous Beautiful Cocoa Beach, Florida. Our Vacation Condominium is nestled on the oceanfront. We offer you a very Clean, Smoke-Free, Attractive Unit for your stay with free high speed internet and cable TV and free parking. From the condominium complex you will have direct access to the beach with lots of White Sand and Warm Water for Swimming, Sunbathing, Surfing, Wake Boarding, and much more. Yes we have a elevator at the Sandcastles and in condo full size washer and dryer.
Sandcastles has exterior cameras and we have a exterior door camera.

This condo is so well stocked you will think you are at home, no need to pack heavy.

The pool & hot tub is open from 9:30am to 10pm. Please note: if the outside temperature gets below 60 the pool will be shut down till the outside temp go’s back up above 60. Pool hours may change at anytime.

Our Smoke-Free Condo has a Key West style makeover and is bright and colorful. The decor includes Tile Floors, nice Cabinets & Granite Countertops throughout, nice Lighting fixtures and fans . This 4th floor condo offers one of the best Direct Corner Atlantic Ocean view from the living room balcony and master bedroom window. You can enjoy a Margarita on the balcony while taking in a Awesome Ocean View.

Master bedroom has a king size bed while the 2nd bedroom has 2 queen size beds. There are 2 full baths, a well equipped kitchen, dining area, Cable TV in all rooms, and a DVD & Stereo in the living area.

No need to pack heavy. You will find almost everything you could possibly need - beach chairs, blender, dishes, ironing board w / iron, blow dryer, full size washer & dryer, towels, and linens. You name it and we've provided it for your enjoyment. There is even a In-Unit Electronic Safe, A Pack-N-Play porta crib for the really young ones.

We are here to help just ask. If you are not booking from Sat. to Sat. please click on the contact owner button to see if I can work your dates in before you click on the request to book button. If you need to cancel your reservation I would have to re-rent the condo for your dates to give you a refund minus a $100.00 administration fee.
