On the second floor, you will find the biggest room of the villa - 35 m² - with its own private bathroom (hydromassaging shower and private toilets). This room opens onto a very nice terrace where you can have breakfast while watching the ocean.

In the backyard of the villa, in a natural environment, with south exposition, with no open outlook, you will find its pleasant outdoor 4mx8m swimming pool (depth from 1 to 2 m) with water warmed at 28/29 °C, equipped with contrary stream swimming.
