St Maarten Escape to PARADISE!!!

I visited St Maarten mid May 2015 and stayed here at Dawn Beach Club. First of all I loved the privacy and seclusion of the beach area. This is not a mega condo complex, so you do not need shuttles to get to the pool or beautiful turquoise ocean. There were always chairs available at the beach and pool that overlooks the ocean with swim up bar and even plenty of cabanas for rent. The condo itself is very large with three king size ensuites. The master suite has a private very large bathroom and shower. The dressing area with extra-large vanity was perfect for my makeup and private dressing area and it was adjacent to a huge walk in closet with an ample safe. The master suite also has balcony access which was wonderful. The ding room and living room area has a balcony as well, which we all enjoyed The other two bedrooms share a large jack and Jill bathroom. It is a special and much appreciated touch to have a full sized laundry room in the condo with washer and dryer. I could pack less and wash my bathing suites and essentials each day if needed. And I took home clean clothes always a plus! The fully equipped kitchen bar and dining area were great for entertaining. The living room is spacious and we played family games there many nights, Our family loves charades and card games and Yahtzee. The large dining table is adjacent to the kitchen bar area seats six comfortably . Eight could fit as well for games. I cannot say enough great things about our stay and intend to return and rent from the Dyer's next year if at all possible. My sister is already asking if the arrangements have been booked. I recommend this condo for families and couples who like to be away from the maddening crowd. With a car or taxi you can get anywhere if you want a more active and noisy night life . And the Westin hotel and its five star facilities are located on the premises with a nice spa as well. Oops and a casino but I do not gamble. I highly recommend renting this unit. The owner provided a list of local attractions and beaches and great dining spots. This was a nice touch and he provided the directions to get there as well.

Fabulous Beachfront Vacation

I just recently stayed a week in this beautiful and spacious 3 bedroom condo for a much needed vacation. Everything was wonderful from making the reservations to checking in. The condo was beautifully decorated, clean and stocked with everything you need. The balcony had a wonderful view of the gorgeous blue ocean to enjoy your coffee or tea in the morning and your cocktail in the evening. Because the condo is on the Westin property you have access to all of the fabulous restaurants (Sunday brunch is a must!!), spa, casino as well as the pool and chaise lounges on the beach. They even provide pool/beach towels so all you need is your sun tan lotion! The beds/pillows were so comfortable and the master bedroom/bathroom was huge. Plenty of room for three couples or a big family. This place is perfect for a girls getaway or family vacation and very kid friendly. There were even sofa beds in the family room to accommodate more sleeping. So many great places to eat and gorgeous beaches to visit. This was such a wonderful experience that I can't wait to go back. I would highly recommend this condo to anyone looking for a slice of Caribbean heaven!!

Beautiful view, beautiful condo!

The condo was beautiful and very spacious! I was there with my parents and sister. The bedrooms were enormous and could have easily been shared. The bathrooms and kitchen both were very clean and new. We enjoyed using the kitchen and bar/dining areas for cooking and hanging out with cocktails! The view off the balcony is beautiful! It looks right over the ocean and the beach is very peaceful and clean, there weren't huge crowds of people. There are actually two balconies: one off of the living room and one off of the master bedroom. Overall the location was excellent, we had no issues with noise and it was very easy to access the beach and resort pools, etc. I would highly recommend it!
