Completely Remodeled, Steps to the Best Beaches

This one bedroom one bath condo comfortably sleeps four. With a queen size bed with TV and ceiling fan in the bedroom and a queen size sofa sleeper with ultra thick luxury memory foam mattress in the living room. Our condo is furnished with all the amenities that you would expect to find in a home and not a rental. It has just been renovated from the ceilings to the floor; with new floor and bath rectangular tiles throughout, cherry wood cabinets, granite slab counter tops, SS appliances, 15K BTU air conditioner, all new fixtures, lights, fans, furniture, mattresses, linens, cookware and accessories. Designed and decorated by a designer. All mattresses and pillows have been fitted with dust mite/ bed bug encasement covers. Enjoy the new 50' Flat screen TV/Blue Ray DVD, Cable and Free WIFI, while relaxing in living room and/or bedroom.

Pacific Shores is situated on the sunny side of Kihei a short waking distance across the street from Kamoloe Beach I / Charley Young Beach. Where you can enjoy snorkeling, surfing and stand-up paddle boarding or just relax on Maui's most beautiful sandy beaches. These beaches include life guards, showers, picnic areas and restrooms. You can rent surf boards and paddle boards across the street. Our condo is also equipped with beach accessories. Some of Maui's finest golf courses are only a short distance from our condo. After a full day in the sun come back to our oasis and enjoy a refreshing dip in our beautiful pool and hot tub. And, for those meal decisions cook at the grills in the pavilion or enjoy some of the greatest restaurants just a short walking distance away.

We'd love to welcome you to our condo in the heart of the best beaches, snorkeling and surfing spots, golfing, scenic day trips, hiking, and biking trails, restaurants, grocery stores, and a whole lot more. Everything you need is within walking distance including Starbucks.

Great location and hosts

We had a wonderful stay at this condo. Everything was seamless with regards to booking, checkin etc. The hosts were very easy to connect with and helpful. The location is also perfect. It is a short walk to the Kehie food trucks (awesome food) and the beach is also nice. One can easily drive to Lahaina / Napili area and also to the east / road to Hana etc. Very good stay, we would love to stay again in the future

Vaca after Covid

This place was perfect! We really enjoyed everything about it. It was very clean and has everything you need for the beach and staying in to cook. We would like to come back in 2 years and this is the first place we will look to see if it’s available. It also is walking distance to everything, dining, grocery, beach, and my favorite… food trucks. Thank you to the host I love ❤️ this place.

Good value

Good value for Kihei! The unit was really nicely furnished and well appointed. Comfortable for two and doable for four for a few days (we had our adult children over for a weekend). Very close to the beach, dining locations etc. Nice pool area. Only real drawback is the location which directly fronts the parking lot so a lot of pedestrian and car traffic.

Kihei stay.

Everything was great! We did have a little trouble with working TV, but the owner was very helpful. My only complaint is that they only supplied 2 towels, and no xtra pillowcase covers. We were a party of 2. Unfortunately , we washed more often because of that. We had a two week stay.

Pamela, so sorry you did not find the spare towels, if you had only asked or read the check-in instructions in the provided guest manual there are 10-12 spare towels as well as sheets and pillowcases in the drawers in the bedroom.

Great amenities. Cons tight bathroom. Rec for 2 ppl only.

A lot of paperwork with too much to read. Confusing with the bold, underlines, font colors, it’s all important of course. Bath was tight so we’re firing for sink and mirror and we were only 3 of us. Too many rules, but we were barely at condo, so didn’t matter and didn’t use pool. A wonderful place to come back to for a single or couple. Walking distance to beach and food truck around corner!

John, sorry you had trouble with the paperwork, but it really is very simple and as you stated important. You rented a 1-bedroom-1bath for 3 people to save money when you should have a 2 bedroom, you cannot blame the host or bathroom for that.

Overall a great condo

We loved our stay on Maui and to have an affordable, clean condo to stay in was perfect. A couple of minor things keep me from giving this condo five stars. While the condo was stocked with everything in the kitchen you would need, it lacked in the bathroom. There was no toilet paper. We stayed for a week and only were given one roll. We tried to call Ronda to ask about whether or not this was our responsibility and she never returned our calls. I ended up going to buy it but felt like that is something that should come with the condo. The other thing that stopped this lovely home from five stars was the bed. This is just personal opinion here but we found the bed uncomfortable and the frame of the bed to be very loud. Every time my husband would move in the night I would wake up because of the frame creaking. Other than those few things we had a great vacation and loved this condo.

Anthony, your untrue review is quite surprising as the unit was very clean. After all the handholding you required with so many questions and where to go for several things from you in multiple emails that had all been answered up front in your instructions and in the guest book we provide you never mentioned any issues what so ever. I find when people complain later without ever bringing the issue to anyone's attention at the time shows a severe lack of integrity on their part.

Cute quaint,

Small condo perfect for me 1 person. No place to hang clothes but made due with coatrack in bedroom. Bad smell outside due to cats I believe.

Michelle, not sure why you couldn't hang your clothes since there is a 6-foot-wide closet in the bedroom, you must have brought a trunk full of clothes. While the condo may be small for your standards it appears obvious it is your first time to Hawaii since as far as Hawaii Condos go it is actually a good size one bedroom. Many of the guests we have accommodated over the years were parties of four.

Great kitchen, great location, very clean pool

Our stay was overall very good. The condo is very well stocked. The washer and dryer was amazing to have. The property manager was very easy to communicate with. The location is wonderful. Less than 5 minutes to walk to a gorgeous beach and 3-4 others very near by. Gorgeous sunsets. There were absolutely no pests or evidence of pests anywhere which was very impressive!

Very good location for access to beach, shopping and dining. Manager very responsive to questions. Enjoyed quiet, comfortable 2 week stay. We would stay here again without hesitation.

Spring Break on Maui!

Condo was very nicely furnished, clean and well supplied with beach gear. Owner very respondent to our questions and last minute extra night stay. Manager also very cooperative and along with housekeeper allowed us to leave our bags early. This unit had everything but a view but even that was easily attainable just across the street. Enjoyed our stay immensely. Thanks.

We absolutely loved our stay at Pacific Shores. The location was perfect, walking distance to beaches, markets, shopping and more! The unit was clean and very well stocked with everything you’d need, including beach gear! Dan and DJ were very prompt in replacing a small appliance that was no longer working. They came that same day! The only thing missing was a view. But a short walk brought us right to the beach! Thank you for making our Maui stay wonderful! The Morison Family
