Stylish contemporary interiors in a completely
renovated apartment in the very heart of Florence.

NEW Starting from October 2023 the beds will all be completed with goose down topper besides the already existing memory foam pillows and mattresses. A feature just like 5 stars Hotels!!

it is Located in a charming road crossing with the main Via dei Calzaiuoli, the street famous for its many commercial and fashionable stores connecting Piazza della Signoria and Duomo.
The Uffizi Museum and Piazza della Signoria are 50 meters from us and within 100 meters You will be in Piazza del Duomo. Literally In five minutes walk You will reach The Ponte Vecchio.

We are on a third floor ( European standard) with 50 steps, without lift. Not suggested for elderly people with mobility problems.

We are proud to offer our guests a very comfortable and cozy apartment composed by one main bedroom with Kingsize bed and finest satin cotton sheets and pillows bags. This room is like a mini suite within the main apartment as it has it own separate bathroom and changing room.
Another smaller bedroom with a bed which turns into two separate real single beds and another main bathroom with large shower.

The home is perfumed by the stylish fragrances by ERBARIO TOSCANO

Our bathrooms are all furnished with Devon&Devon accessories which make them very functional and beautiful at the same time.
We offer a courtesy kit of the tuscan line Prima Spremitura.


After a day of work or pleasure in Florence You can relax in our spacious living room where You can eat comfortably if you feel to cook, and sip a delicious bottle of Tuscan wine.

It is located on the mezzanine second and half floor without lift of an historical florentine building, but with rather comfortable steps.
Guests arriving at our apartment will be greeted by us and we will carry the luggage up the steps for you.

All windows bring lots of light during the day in each room and look on Via della Condotta and from all of them we can see Via Calzaiuoli just 20 meters on the right.

The location is perfect, just steps from two piazzas and a ton of shopping! The rooms and beds were comfortable and the hosts were very nice. Note this is on the 5th floor with no elevator, but the location makes it worth it!

Wow! What an incredible place to stay! The hosts have put together an impeccable apartment in the heart of Florence! There are many steps to the door but itā€™s allWorth it! Grocery is nearby, salumeria, wine shops, and the Duomo are right down the street!

We lived this place. The location is ideal. About 2 min walk to uffizie and 5 min to duemo. We would go out and use the apt as a place to COOL down for a few min and head back out again!

Best Vrbo we stayed in while in Italy

We loved this apmt. Alessandro was an amazing host. The apartment was very clean and spacious, and most importantly central to everywhere we needed to go. Air Conditioning was AMAZING! Highly recommend this Vrbo (the 52 steps to climb up to the apartment did not bother us at all - we all used back packs to travel (not suitcases)).Thank you Allessandro!

Prefect location for visiting Florence

Great property. Very clean and has all the necessary amenities host was great. Took plenty of time to make sure we knew what/where/how ans answered all of our questions. Its on the 4th floor, so you'll get your steps in! Would definitely recommend.

Fantastic location and apartment! Allesandro and his wife were very thorough with check-in details and a personal tour of the apartment (as well as delicious food recommendations nearby). Surprisingly not too loud considering how centrally located it is. Beds are very comfortable!

Great location and wonderful apartment close to everything you would want to see and experience in Florence. We had good communication with the host who was excellent to deal with and very welcoming. The apartment was well stocked, good layout and the two bathrooms (one shower) was very handy. We loved our time here.

Amazing Property in a Great Location

If I am in Florence again, I will stay here......This property was the best one during our two-week stay in Italy. It has been updated, with memory foam mattresses and very comfortable pillows. The location was great; we were minutes from the Duomo, shopping, and food. Our host, Alessandro, welcomed us, provided details about the property, and provided information on restaurants, laundry services, taxis, etc. The walk to and from the train station is not bad, about a 15-20 minute walk and not too difficult.

Wonderful Placeā€¦

This was the best VRBO Iā€™ve stayed at in Florence. The owner is wonderfulā€”very helpful and communicative. He takes pride, too, in his propertyā€”which is centrally located in Florence. It is on the 3rd floor (lots of stairs!). My only negative comment is that the shower is very smallā€”made even smaller because of the waterfall shower (which in essence cuts the space in half). It would help to have the shower nozzle on one end of the shower (vs in the middle). Even with that, Iā€™d stay here again, as it is an excellent and well kept apartment.

We are a couple in life and for work. We love hospitality and share what Florence, Arezzo and Tuscany have to offer in terms of beauty and life pleasures. We normally work at our own collection of handicraft lifestyle products especially in the area of towels and blankets, called Aquatellus, which you can find on its Facebook page. In order to produce it we travel extensively through the Mediterranean and in particular in Anatolia. Before starting the venture of this apartment rental we have travelled around the world for work and also pleasure and in particular Asia, North America and a good part of Western Europe. We have learn a lot from the others watching what they were preparing for us and we have tried to transfer what these clever people in the hospitality world are normally offering to their customers/friends to make them feel at home.
Anyway it is our aim not to stop here as we will try to give more and more to our guests. We really hope that at the end of your stay, you will become also our international friends.

Siamo una coppia nella vita e nel lavoro. Amiamo l'ospitalitĆ  e condividere ciĆ² che di bello Firenze, Arezzo e la Toscana hanno da offrire. Lavoriamo ad una collezione di prodotti artigianali per lifestyle che si chiama Aquatellus e per produrla andiamo a cercare artigiani in tutti i villaggi del bacino mediterraneo e in particolare in Turchia. Prima di cominciare con questo appartamento abbiamo girato il mondo per lavoro e per piacere in Asia e in America e Canada oltre a buona parte dell'Europa. Abbiamo imparato tanto dagli altri e cercato di prendere le cose buone di chi ĆØ bravo nel mondo dell'accoglienza. Comunque non ci fermeremo certo qui e vogliamo dare sempre il meglio e sempre di piĆ¹ ai nostri ospiti. Che speriamo diventeranno anche i nostri amici.
