My happy place is the perfect place for families to gather in Oxford for football, baseball, Double-Decker festival, or graduation. This house is located two miles from The University of Mississippi and one mile from the Square. It has a covered back porch with a fireplace and large screen tv--perfect for an Oxford gathering for a family or group of friends. It has 5 bedrooms with 2.5 baths which can accommodate 12 people. It also has a large covered porch with fireplace which a perfect gathering place for family and friends.

Wonderful home!

We highly recommend this home! The house was very clean and had plenty of room for our group of 10. The patio was everyone’s favorite. Perfect accommodations for a game day weekend in Oxford.

Great spot

Awesome place, tons of room, patio was great. Hot tub was fun. Host was awesome. Close to town. Easy to get a quick Uber. Just a short 5 min ride to the square..

Just wanted to Thank Lisa and the town of Oxford, the property was great, location perfect, and the people were awesome. The house was perfect the the 12 of us, clean, comfortable and the outside area was fantastic.

Great property for a Ole Miss weekend

We went for a fall weekend to get the Ole Miss experience and this property was great. The outdoor area is perfect for lighting a fire and hanging at night. Everything was clean and as described. What made this exceptional was Lisa. She was extremely helpful with information on the area and tips for game day. She was an outstanding host and it's worth renting the property just for how easy she made things.

Great house!

We stayed here on a football game weekend. The place accommodated a large group with ease and it was very convenient to everywhere we needed to go. Highly recommend this place.

Wonderful five bedroom Oxford house with lots of room.

Very convenient for Oxford and Ole Miss events. Fabulous covered back patio with fireplace. Owner was very helpful and quick to respond to all questions. Highly recommended.

Perfect fit for our family.

Great stay in Oxford

We had an amazing stay at this property in Oxford. We were in town for football weekend. The house accommodated our large party better than we could have imagined. The outdoor patio was ideal and spacious. The outdoor TV on the patio was a hidden gem for entertainment in the afternoon and evening. The proximity of the house was great to downtown and the on-campus activities. Uber is an option as well and was always easy. The owner was more than welcoming and easy to work with during the booking, check-in and check-out process. If we were ever return to Oxford, I would stay at this property again.

Great house for Ole Miss football game weekend!

Loved It! The house is very comfortable and had everything we needed. We managed the 2 shower bathrooms for 9 people just fine. The back porch area is a wonderful gathering place. The location is great - we walked to breakfast and the square was not a far walk. Although we did not meet Lisa, we felt well connected thru text messages for any of our questions. Lisa was great to work with and the house was perfect for us.

First Trip To The Grove

You couldn't ask for a nicer place to stay than 442 Cherokee Drive. We had a group of 10 guys come in for our first trip to "The Grove". Lisa was great to work with and provided us with all the info and things that we needed. The house is spacious and easily accommodated us. We spent most of our time out on the beautiful patio enjoying the TV, fireplace and hot tub. She even had corn hole boards for us to use. We could have walked to the square or the grove which are about 1 mile away but we chose to use Uber as we were not sure if we could find our way back after enjoying all the southern hospitality at the grove. Great place to stay, Thanks again Lisa.

Graduation Rental

Wow, what an awesome time we had at this beautiful home! This home was perfect for my large family to relax and enjoy my son's graduation. The owner, Lisa, was overly accommodating. Perfect location! This beautiful home has all of the amenities you need to have a great time. The back patio was a big hit!

As Advertised

Rented this house for a boy's trip to the Alabama game. Plenty of space for a large group. We used the kitchen and grill a couple of times to prepare some meals, kitchen was well stocked with utensils and had everything we needed. We used the back patio more than any other part of the house and it was great. Owner (Lisa) was extremely easy to work with.

Perfect for Graduation!

Lovely house in a great location!!! It was perfect for Ole Miss Graduation....accommodated 12 people easily, very close to the Square and the University, covered patio with comfortable, attractive seating and TV was a wonderful gathering place for friends and family. It was especially nice to be able to return to the house for a catered lunch after the graduation ceremony, open gifts, etc., and just basically hang out and enjoy each other until it was time for the younger set to head out to party on the Square (which is just minutes away). The best feature of all, though, is Lisa. She was so extremely wonderful to work with and went out of her way to make sure our stay was perfect. We would come back here in a heartbeat!

Great house in perfect location a few minutes from the square. This 5 bedroom house was perfect for our large group of adults and teens. The added bonus is the fantastic outdoor covered patio with fireplace, TV and plenty of seating for all that stayed in the house. Owner was great to work with from the moment of our first contact.

PERFECT SPOT

We had 5 families that stayed for Parent's Weekend in Oxford. We had everything and more that we needed. There is so much space in teh bedrooms and the floor plan was perexcellent for all of us. The ABSOLUTE HIGLIGHT is the outdoor area with hot tub! The fireplacce, swing, big screen tv etc was PHENOMENAL! The surround sound stereo system was the icing on the cake! Can't wait to come back!

Great destination!

What a wonderful home for an Oxford trip! Our family loved sitting around the outdoor fireplace during a cool Fall night. There was plenty of space for everyone to spread out and have their own bed. The location was perfect - the Square was just around the corner. I would definitely stay here again. Lisa was also wonderful to work with.

Ole Miss/Auburn Game Weekend

This property afforded plenty of room for three adult couples and three 19 year olds to relax and enjoy the weekend. The outdoor patio/fireplace was a plus for grilling out and enjoying smores after the game. The location was ideal for commuting back and forth to either the square or the grove with some of us choosing to walk.

Spacious and comfortable!

What a great home to stay at while in Oxford! Very spacious with ample bedrooms and more than enough beds. Can't beat the back porch for relaxing around the stone fireplace and watching TV.

My home is and will always be our 'happy place' for the gathering of family and friends. We have hosted many gatherings over the past 21 years and made many precious memories. I look forward to sharing my happy place with my guests.

My home is located one mile from the square. Just a short stroll down North Lamar will take you to the Square where you will find great restaurants, bars, shopping and nightlife. Game-day parking and shuttle service is also just one mile away. On ballgame weekends you may prefer walking on the bike path which is located just a mile from my house on Price Street. The Ole Miss campus is just a short stroll down the bike path from Price Street.

Whether it be walking to the square, gathering around the outdoor fireplace, relaxing on the covered porch in the swing-bed or walking to the grove, my happy place will make you want to visit Oxford and Ole Miss as often as you can.
