There’s so much to love about Santa Maria 208: its convenient canal-front location on the quiet southern end of Fort Myers Beach, the amenities of the beautifully maintained condo complex, and, of course, the spacious two-bedroom unit itself.

The screened-in balcony of Santa Maria 208 overlooks the pool. Furnished with a table and chairs, it’s an ideal spot for after-dinner drinks or dining among salt-kissed breezes and rustling palms.

Inside, the spacious and elegant living room invites you to relax in style. With generously proportioned leather sofas, a large HDTV, and sophisticated decor, this room is perfect for lounging after a day at the beach. Sliding glass doors open to the balcony, letting fresh air in, and one of the sofas opens into a bed, allowing Santa Maria 208 to comfortably sleep up to six guests.

When you’re not dining on the balcony, you can enjoy meals at the luxurious dining table inside, which seats six with ease. The comfortable, well-padded chairs invite you to linger over meals or enjoy a game or conversation.

Updated with new appliances in 2019, the kitchen is well equipped with everything from cookware to modern appliances. You’ll find a blender, dishwasher, and plenty of storage space for groceries. With a washer and dryer in the unit, you can keep your beach attire fresh all vacation long!

Both bedrooms are designed for serene relaxation, each featuring brand new mattresses. The primary bedroom offers a king-size bed, HDTV, and ample storage. Spring Break 2021

We had a great time! The condo was in an amazing location, walking distance to several restaurants and shops. We enjoyed the pool and BBQ areas. Fort Meyers was very busy but our condo made us feel a step away from some of the craziness that is spring break. Would definitely recommend!

Great stay!

Place was quiet, clean and had the essentials. Pool was awesome and never crowded. Beach was a very short walk. Would have been nice to have 2 more beach chairs and beach towels provided. Also the Santini Marina Shopping and Restaurant area was not open yet- so website description wasn’t accurate.

Condo k things in it could be better . Pool was a big sticking point but found that the health dept . Person was very rude causing the staff to jump through hoops so we couldn’t swim in the pool tilThe last day of our stay . We are suppose to get a small refund but this has been a real sticking point . We enjoy staying at the Santa Maria and never had to dealWith this before . We know this was out of the hands of the condos HOA . We will come back .

Best Fort Myers yet!

Having stayed in Fort Myers 8 times in the past year.(beginning to be habit) I have stayed in varying units on the south end of the island. This unit was the best in many ways. The pool is outstanding...large quiet, clean with plenty of seating..The deck areas for grilling are unmatched in the other properties. Santa Maria is so well maintained. The grounds are spotless! The unit is great..beds were comfortable and the furniture cozy. Not over decorated and therefore relaxing. All combined this is my new favorite property and first to consider for upcoming trips. The only con would be the off site key pick up and drop off...the unit has a key code but apparently not usable? The requirement to pick up a key offsite AND have to carry with and keep track of was frustrating. Flight was in late and could not access the key kiosk..the need to call and be given a code to access door to get in to kiosk at off site building was stressful as we had already had a long day of travel. Please make code box workable. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Santa Maria Vacation

The property and location was fantastic. What was extremely disappointing was the installation of the pool fence which we were not made aware of cause us to lose 3 days of pool access. Also, the building maintenance that took place, which we were also not made aware of prior to our stay. This maintenance started as early as 7:15 in the morning and ran all day with extremely loud machines that forced us to leave the residence because they were so loud. Water came into our room from the work bein done outside. I made several calls to to distinct vacation rentals and still have not received a call back from the manager as I was promised. This was extremely disappointing that no heads up was given to any of the residents staying on the grounds.

Nice condo and met our needs. I didn’t like that we were given exactly 4 towels for the whole week for the four of us. I was constantly doing laundry it seemed. Overall a good stay and would recommend to others

Beautiful condo

Condo was exactly what my family needed. Enjoyed being able to have the view of the pool and coking area. I would suggest in investing a TV for the second bedroom.

Property was nice

Property and people in the area were nice. However the area is too crowded and traffic was a nightmare. It wasn’t possible for us to get to some of the spots we were interested in. I would not come to the area again.

great condo complex

The second flr. condo was in a good location on the south end of the island. Close to shopping and the beach. The pool area was wonderful. The condo was a bit dated and was not as clean as i would have like but was ok. Minimal cooking equipment. i.e. pots, pans and knives ect. I also thought it would have been nice to have some beach towels provided. We had to buy beach towels. The other condos we stay at always provided them. Second br did not have a tv . I would go back.
