Wind River #12

Bedding: 2 Twins, King, 2 Twins (king conversion available for a fee), 2 Twins (king conversion available for a fee)

​​​​​​​For stays of 10 nights or more, a weekly cleaning service is required and will be applied at an additional rate.

Amenities Include:
• Fully equipped kitchens
• Parking for 1 vehicle (fees may apply for additional parking)
• Washer and dryer
• Complimentary access to the nearby Sundance Swim and Tennis Club - Closed Spring/Fall.
• Complimentary skier's shuttle (winter only).
• Located in Teton Village and less than 3 miles from Grand Teton National Park.

A cozy retreat keeps mountain life in mind throughout its design. The flagstone entry leads into a mudroom lined with cubbies and gear storage. The ground floor unfolds with two bedrooms, each with a pair of twin beds and ensuite bathrooms. A washer/dryer and ample closet space rounds out the first floor offerings.

Upstairs on the main floor, light fills an open floor plan that flows from the living room into the kitchen and finally, the dining room. The living room features a two-story limestone fireplace, clerestory windows, a 42" flat screen tv with blueray and classic Western furnishings. Glass doors open onto a private deck with a grill, and a second deck beckons from the opposite end of the main floor living space. Pass-through windows connect the living room, kitchen and dining area. In the latter, the dining table comfortably seats eight.

On the top floor, the master suite welcomes with ample light and a lodgepole king bed. A TV, plenty of storage and an attached bathroom complete the suite. Next door, another bedroom features a pair of twin beds and an ensuite bath.

**Please note that this unit is available for lodging only. Gatherings that exceed the maximum occupancy of this unit are prohibited.
Mountain weather is variable and unpredictable. Resort conditions and ski access may be weather and snow dependent.

Ski Trip for 9

Wind River 12 was perfect for my group of 9 ski trip....everyone slept comfortably (with one on a pullout couch), the kitchen was fully stocked, living/dining room area was spacious, mudroom/outdoor ski locker are great for storing ski gear and there are plenty of bathrooms which was great. Check in/out was easy and service was great. Highly recommend.

Wedding Trip

Overall the property was as described. It was clean. I just wished I paid better attention to the description. Many of the properties in Teton Village do not have air conditioning. I wish fans were provided without having to request them.

Not clean

This place is in a great location but was not clean. Kitchen had dirty dishes put away and food on cupboards. Popcorn and an old marshmallow on the floor in the living room. First floor bathrooms had mold. Screen door was ripped. I have stayed in this area before but would not stay in this condo again.

First time in Wyoming

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at 12 Wind River. Great location for exploring Yellowstone, Grand Tetons and Jackson Hole! The home was comfortable and relaxing. The only thing I would suggest is access to Wi-Fi and too many tv remotes, need to be simplified.

Relaxing summer vacation

Nice quiet residential neighborhood with access to pool tennis courts. Condominium was very clean, upscale roomy and fell just like home! Kitchen was extremely well stocked with all pots pans utensils! I will be back!

Ski Trip

We have stayed in this complex a couple of times now and the location is great. On a good day you can ski up to the driveway and it is a easy walk to the chair lift. With regard to this particular unit I would rate it as "good". Good because the unit was clean and had fairly well stocked kitchen and rooms. Not great, because you can tell that corners have been cut in the cleaning, stocking, and updating process. For instance, we could not figure out why they chose an oversized carpet that had to be rolled up on the ends. Three of the four rooms had twin beds which would be great for a group of singles and we pushed the beds together for couples. Unfortunately, the frames are a poor quality and they squeaked continually without any of the fun. Some recommendations. Provide a broom or hand held vacuum since there is no cleaning service during stay and some humidifiers for those of us not use to the dry air. Also, please update the towels and the pillows for some additional comfort. In all, the unit suited our needs and we had a good time staying.

Beautiful, comfortable, spacious

Centrally located between Jackson and the Park. Very well equipped kitchen. Extremely comfortable beds with cozy comforters. Laundry was a plus. It really felt like being welcomed into someone’s home for the week. Only minor suggestion: great coffee maker and thank you for the complimentary coffee, but please supply coffee filters that fit the coffee maker. Thank you.

Beautiful, large, very comfortable

Family trip: couple in their mid 70s, couple in 50s, four in 20s. All we’re comfortable. The rooms are large, the beds comfortable, and the whole place well appointed with everything you’ll need. It’s a very nice place. During our summer visit, we could see 2 hot air balloons from the balcony every morning around 7:30. What a beautiful way to start the day! Note that this property is in Teton Village which is a 23 minute drive from Jackson. It was perfect for us.

Beautiful, spacious home

We had a wonderful time during our stay. The property has many thoughtful details throughout the home that made our stay much more comfortable. The kitchen has everything you need to cook away from home. The interior is decorated perfectly for the home’s location and is very quiet. We would love to return!

Great Last Minute Booking & Stay!

Loved our time at WR12! The condo has everything you will ever need... even came with coffee for the morning! Plenty of rooms to spread out and easy parking. Loved it for our first trip to Jackson Hole and Yellowstone.

Great Place!

Immaculate and tastefully decorated, this condo/townhouse was perfect for our family vacation and served as a great jumping off point to Grand Teton and Yellow stone national parks.Located on a quiet street, access was easy. It's a big unit with ample space for a group much bigger than we had. The unit was exceptionally well equipped which made dining at home very easy. Would highly recommend and we will certainly stay here again when we head back up this way.

Wonderful property!

This property was well beyond our expectation and we would definitely hope to stay there again. It is within walking distance to ski lifts, restaurants and shops - it was perfect for our family of 8!

Property was nice and well cared for. Good location and space.

Overall, we enjoyed our stay. The twin beds are nice if you have friends/singles/kids, but it was a little awkward for couples. The space says that it sleeps 10, however there are really only bed spaces for 8. There is a couch bed, but it is a terrible thin mattress. I can't imagine anyone being able to actually sleep on it. No other major issues/concerns. We enjoyed our stay.

Perfect place for enjoying the Tetons!

We really enjoyed the perfect blend of community and quietude in this condo. There was plenty of room for all of us and the 3 levels gave a sense of privacy and spaciousness. There are 2 decks to enjoy--one looks out to the sunset and the other to the gardens. The beds were very comfortable and the rooms were spacious, with large closets. Each bedroom has an accompanying bathroom--better than home! So nice to have laundry accommodations as well. The kitchen provided a nice way to have meals at home and enjoy the large dining room table. Everything was clean and each room featured mountain themes of bears, moose, trout and skiing. We also enjoyed the pool and jacuzzi. On the 4th of July we walked to the gondolas for an afternoon overlooking the mountains and the city of Jackson. Then, we took in a concert in Teton Village by the Jackson Festival Symphony. Finally, we were thrilled by the fireworks display over the Village area. We will definitely return again next year and stay in this lovely home!
