Rented by complete months only (ex: Jan 1-31, Feb 1-28, March 1-31.). This beautiful, centrally located, one-bedroom Palm Springs condominium offers a spacious, open layout with modern furnishings, spectacular views of the surrounding mountains, a sparkling pool, and in-unit washer and dryer.

Nestled within a small intimate gated community of single level condos, this bright and charming getaway delivers a tranquil and relaxing retreat that is located only minutes from South Palm Canyon Drive , aerial tramway, golf, hiking other classic attractions.

The eye-catching kitchen is designed with white quartz counter tops, a glass tiled back-splash, stainless steel appliances, fashionable lighting, and a comfortable dining bar for four. It comes fully equipped with a gas range, microwave, dishwasher, numerous small appliances, utensils, and service-ware. The kitchen opens to the dining area, which offers additional seating for four.

Relax in a living room that features a 55 inch HD smart TV with cable and WiFi internet. The large master suite showcases an inviting king sized bed, a 32 inch HDTV, walk-in closet and access to its own private patio with relaxing fountain. The bathroom offers a tub/shower combination along with dual vanities and skylight.

This Desert Palm Villas home comes complete with linens and towels, reserved covered parking for one car and a convenient washer/dryer inside the unit.

Great Place, Great Experience !!!!

Our first time renting in Palm Springs and this location turned out to be perfect for our 2 month stay. Walking distance to grocery, pharmacy and a local Gym. A 20-30 minute walk to dining on N Palm Canyon Dr and conveniently located to airport and downtown area. The condo was exactly as described and more, very clean and well stocked with an in unit laundry. The kitchen was updated and well equipped (pots, pans, dishes and glass wear and many small appliances, everything one would need to entertain which we did multiple times. The back patio was quiet, private and cozy. The grounds were nice and included parking, the pool/jacuzzi were well maintained and always clean. Great place to enjoy afternoon cocktails. Jaime was our excellent host answered all questions and was always available we will be back.

It was tha perfect place to be,.

The location was the perfect place to be during my 30 day stay in Palm Springs. Walking distance to grocery, pharmacy and dining. Less than 2 miles from airport and downtown area. The condo was very clean and well equipped with everything one would need. The grounds were beautifully landscaped, well lit, and multiple secured entrances. The pool/jacuzzi were well maintained and the area was always clean.

Ready to Return - Exceptional

We've been visiting Palm Springs for years and decided to try a new location. We are so glad we did! This place is now our number choice. It's modern and comfortable, as well as quiet and close to everything. We loved getting up every morning and walking just a few steps from the unit to have morning coffee by the pool and take in the beautiful view of the mountains. The owners are very nice and responsive and have done an outstanding job in furnishing the place. We look forward to coming back soon. Thanks for a wonderful experience!

AWESOME

Stayed here for a week in Oct. '15 and returned for the month of Jan. '16. Property is as clean and nice as one could want. Grounds are immaculate and the pool and hot tub are both heated perfect ( something we have not experienced in other properties) and clean as a whistle. It is a quiet place and location is perfect for walking or cycling downtown. Hosts are available and always answered questions promptly. Could not recommend more highly. Hope to return next year.

5 Star Experience

This condo was exactly what we were looking for. It was modern and beautiful, exactly what we wanted in Palm Springs. The complex was small and quiet, just step from the beautiful pool where we enjoyed wine every night. It's close to walk to the main street on South Canyon Palm Drive, and grocery stores and retails were within a couple of minutes drive. The place was very well equipped. It had everything we needed for a five star stay. The owners were friendly, accessible, and always ready to help if needed. Great time and great experience!!

Nicely decorated one bedroom

This one bedroom one bath condo is clean, functional, well equipped, and nicely decorated. There is a lovely small uncrowded pool and hot tub. Great for city walks being close to downtown.

Beautiful Palm Springs Villa

From booking the Villa through our entire stay Jaime was very responsive to all our questions. The Villa exceeded our expectations. It was beautifully redecorated and furnished with everything you need to have a comfortable stay. The Villa is in a small single level complex with the pool and hot tub only a few feet away. From the palm tree encircled pool you had a wonderful view of the San Jacinto mountains. We spent each late afternoon enjoying a cocktail by the pool. The complex was quiet and an easy walk to downtown Palm Springs. We highly recommend this Villa to anyone looking to visit Palm Springs!

Beyond Perfect!!!

LOVED my stay here! Jaime was so easy to work with. The unit is fabulous and convenient to everything. Loved the complex - easy parking, great pool area, laundry works well. I highly recommend this condo to anyone wanting a perfect Palm Springs getaway!! A total FABULOUS experience!!

Fantastic. This is living!

The villa looks just like it was out of a magazine. Beautiful, comfortable, and well stocked. This is living! The pool and spa were just a few steps from our front door with a gorgeous view of the mountains. The complex is small and quiet, and created the perfect Palm Springs getaway. We spent every evening after dinner in the private patio with a glass of wine, listening to the fountain. The villa is centrally located and close to stores and restaurants. If you like to walk, they're just a mile away. Golf and hiking was not far either. The owners, Jaime and Cesar were gracious and considerate which was just "icing on the cake" and made this such a memorable stay. We are already looking at our calendar to see when we can return and hopefully, next time, stay a little longer. Thanks for a fantastic experience! J.J. and Anni

Why Share Our Home? Our desire is to retire here, so we purchased and remodeled our future permanent retreat. However, since we currently can only spend a limited amount of time here, we decided to share it with others who want to enjoy the wonderful experience that is Palm Springs.

To comply with Palm Springs rental ordinance, we are required to lease our home for a minimum of 28 nights and can only allow two adult guests to enjoy our home overnight.

O que faz essa propriedade ser única?

The small, single level condominium community does not resemble an apartment complex. It is important for quality of life. You will find that the pool is rarely crowded and shops and restaurants along Palm Canyon Drive are a couple of minutes away. We also love many outdoor activities including hiking, bike riding and attending the various art, food and music festivals in the area.
