Parents and two teenagers had a fabulous week at Villa L'Herm. Our host was extremely helpful and provided very clear instructions. The pool and the view over the port and the bay of Nice were wonderful, and in a quiet part of the city. We were able to walk and take the tram to get around the city easily. The house is very spacious and in excellent condition - easily room for more occupants than we had. All the rooms are extremely well appointed, and the kitchen very well equipped. Arrival and departure were facilitated very well. Overall, we wouldn't hesitate to come back to Villa L'Herm when holidaying in Nice.

The property is wonderfully located and has beautiful views. It is an easy 5-minute drive or a 15-20 minute steep walk to restaurants, the port, stores, etc. The yard and pool offer a peaceful and private escape, and the owner has pool floaties and other items available in the garage for use (table tennis, bikes, washer and dryer, etc). The owner, Jean-Pierre, is incredibly nice and has gone out of his way to label everything with instructions and to provide lots of information on the surrounding area. The kitchen is very well stocked and there is a small charcoal grill available as well. The house felt very secure and safe as did the neighborhood. We would definitely stay here again the next time we are in Nice.

Excellent Mont Boron property

We had a wonderful stay in Nice, the property was just as shown in the pictures with amazing views over Nice and the sea. The owner of the property sent us plenty of useful information before our holiday and was always available to contact while on holiday. The cleanliness of the property was excellent and it was well equipped with everything you could need. We visited Monaco, Antibes and Menton all easily reached by bus or train. Nice is one of our favourite holiday destinations to visit and I would definitely recommend this amazing property to stay in, we hope to return in the future

Fantastic

We had a fantastic week at the villa. Communication with the owner is superb, the accommodation is excellent with everything you could need from kitchen equipment to bicycles. The location is perfect, private and peaceful yet 15 minute walk to the heart of the city. The views are breathtaking - the photos don’t capture how impressive it is. It’s wonderful to watch the sun set over Nice every evening.

We loved our stay at Villa Herm. The view over the port and the wider bay is stunning and the garden under the terrace provided another lovely element. The house provided plenty of space for a family of five with teenagers. It is extremely well equipped and had lots of interesting features, including the amazing library room. Jean-Pierre has left plenty of information about what to do in the area. The pool area is a little haven of peace, where we spotted lots of parrots in the trees. We also enjoyed the table tennis and table football in the basement. We didn't have a car but managed easily to walk or take public transport. The tram stop Lympia is about a 15 minute walk away and that goes into town and all the way to the airport as well. There are also buses nearby and we used the bikes at the house to explore the area. We found plenty of food shops, and lovely bakeries and restaurants. The house is on a hill, so you may want to hire a car if you have any mobility issues, but otherwise it's perfectly manageable. The house is in a lovely quiet and well-kept area but also so close to the liveliness of the centre of town. Thanks to Jean-Pierre and to his friends Chrystelle and Pascale who welcomed us there and were always on hand to help or answer questions. I hope we will return one day!

magischer Ort
