Lovely Toronto Home in Trendy Beaches Area of Toronto

In your request to us provide your specific dates and we will do our best to accommodate your timing requirements. In the fall and winter, we normally would like to rent for 30 nights or more. All requests will be considered. The house is thoroughly cleaned before you arrive and you will enjoy your time in Toronto living in the ‘Beaches’ area of Toronto. Walk a block and a half to Lake Ontario to the lovely ‘boardwalk’ and Toronto’s beautiful waterfront bike path accessing downtown Toronto and points beyond. Also you are walking distance to beautiful parks, large outdoor pools and the beaches’ community restaurants, boutiques, bars, cafes etc. In two minutes walk, you are at the streetcar that gets you to the downtown core in 40 minutes or you are a short walk to the bus leading to the subway accessing downtown in 35 minutes or you are a 15 minute car ride to downtown Toronto. To get out of the city by car you are within easy access to major arteries.

The house is a beautifully furnished, totally renovated four bedroom single- family house, approximately 2500 sq. ft., situated on one of the few quarter acre large oak treed properties in the Beaches. Enjoy the quiet and privacy of the back yard on two patios with lounge chairs, dining tables, bar be que, 3 piece patio furniture etc. The house includes a completely furnished basement with a TV room, separate laundry room and games room with pool table along with an additional 2-piece bathroom. The whole basement floor is ceramic tiled with underground floor heating.

The well-appointed kitchen has stainless steel Jennair appliances with quartz countertops. It is open to the family room that makes entertaining an easy experience. The main floor features front entrance foyer (also with underfloor heating), separate dining room, living room, and a combined kitchen and family room. There is oak hardwood flooring throughout the main floor.

The second floor has four bedrooms. The master bedroom has a four-piece ensuite bathroom with separate deep soak tub and glassed-in shower and underfloor heating. Three bedrooms have new queen- sized beds. One other bedroom has a new double-sized bed. The second floor also includes a separate 3piece bathroom with a shower, toilet and sink. There is also oak flooring throughout the second floor.

The home entertainment includes cable and Wifi for internet access. There are three large flat screen televisions. One in the living room, another located in the downstairs TV room and one in the master bedroom. As well, the house is air conditioned and has a private garage and driveway fitting 6 cars.

There are two fireplaces, one gas in the living room, the other is wood burning in the family room. As we are retired we love to travel renting our house out to visitors allows us to expand our travel opportunities. You will certainly enjoy your stay at our home with all the amenities and add ons.
