Magnificent View! Secluded, in the woods! Located By Lodge & Golf course!

Inasmuch as we NEVER agreed for VRBO to bill our valued customers and their fees are ridiculously expensive, and we pay them $699.00 per year to list our cabin which we bought with our hard earned money and we also maintain said property, upon return vists, we can make other arrangements to avoid their unauthorized, usurious fees. This does not apply to the initial booking. The property is a cozy cabin on a hillside nestled in the pines with an unbelievable view! This cabin is very secluded, yet it is in the Village of Cloudcroft. There are lovely views of mountain splendor even inside the cabin through the large picture window. There is a spacious deck for relaxing, viewing and cooking and dining!

The living area is an open area which houses the kitchen, dining area and living area. The amenities are described herein, however suffice it to say the owners have everything that a lodger needs to have a memorable stay.

The Lodge golf course is a public course. The tee box for the first hole is within a 9 iron away! The course is a blast! It is very affordable and family friendly! Compare to the courses in Ruidoso. The back deck of the house provides an amazing view of the 7th fairway of the Course.

The cabin is next to the road with ample parking. However, the well lighted stairway takes you a good distance from the road where the cabin is in the middle of the woods with a perfect, unspoiled view. Yet, there are stores, restaurants, shops, a gas station, etc. just minutes away.

Great bird watching from the deck where you are level with the tree tops! The lot on the west is a frequent deer hangout and crossing. Elk have been seen crossing through on either side of the cabin as well. It is an amazing place for wildlife. There are houses close by but not next door!

You will be very excited at this cabin and be refreshed after your stay! Thanks for looking!

My husband and I stayed here for New Years and just LOVED it!! Perfect for a chill and cozy night in, an awesome fireplace (his favourite amenity there) and a lovely small town minutes away. The host was lovely, super responsive and even gave us a tip on good breakfast nearby! The home was such a time capsule - full of VHS tapes and old music disks that we definitely checked out since itā€™s not everyday you can watch Ice Age on a VHS haha! Very well built place, everything looks taken care of. We will definitely be coming back here the next time weā€™re in town :)

We had a great, relaxing time in Cloudcroft The view from the cabin was excellent. Spent an evening watching the elk on the golf course. Cabin was clean and very comfortable.

The owner sent directions that made it so easy to find. Upon arrival, we were very impressed with the cleanliness. The place was immaculate! It was very comfortable, and the view is fantastic! Tip recommended Fernandoā€™s Burritos, and it did not disappoint. Friendly owners, amazing stay. We would definitely stay here again.

Owners are responsible and hard working and have put in many hours making this cabin an enjoyable place to relax! Owners have been associated with the property for 40 years. Wonderful memories of the people of the town, sports activities such as golf, restaurants, coziness, heavy slumbers, awesome mornings and great nights! Manager, Tricia Barry is very hard working as well. Very chipper, mother of two. Does the little things to keep the place in tip top shape.

This property is right in town, on the golf course, yet it is in the woods and very secluded and serene! This is a very unique situation! There is wildlife that goes through the woods near the cabin. Lots of birds including hummingbirds (in the summer) to be viewed from the spacious deck. Just a couple of minutes from downtown! Also, 2 minutes away from the golf course which is fun and affordable.

Great views of scenery and wildlife from all over the property even though you are in the middle of Cloudcroft and a chip away from the golf course! The Lodge golf course is very fun, extremely affordable and family friendly.
