Perfect for couples or small families, the home comfortably sleeps up to four guests with a plush king bed located upstairs in the loft and a queen sleeper sofa in the living area.

The sandy beach area is shared among five units, with convenient steps leading directly down to the sand. Although this unit sits just behind another building, offering added privacy, you’ll still enjoy beautiful ocean views and the soothing sounds of the surf in the outdoor areas

For your convenience, beach towels are provided—everything you need for a carefree day by the waves.

Parking: This is a first come first serve parking; if the driveway is full you may park on the street, which is not metered.

All homes in Oceanside, CA sit behind a rock barrier protecting the homes from storm surges. The amount of sand beyond the rock barrier varies quickly with storms and tides and may have more or less sand than what is shown in the photos.

For your convenience, we provide a starter kit of essential items to get your stay off to a comfortable start. This includes a small supply of dishwashing pods, laundry pods, paper towels, tissues and toilet paper. Please note that these items are provided as a courtesy and are not intended to last for the entire duration of your stay. Guests may wish to bring or purchase additional supplies as needed.
