NEW!! JUST INSTALLED A BRAND NEW ARCADE GAME!! "Higher Expectations" is a beautiful cabin located only 15-20 minutes from downtown Pigeon Forge or Gatlinburg. We are centrally located directly between these 2 towns.

Our Family enjoys getting away from home and has been visiting our cabins in the mountains for the last 10+ years to relax and unwind. We also love hiking on the many different trails here in the Smokey Mountains. The trails offered waterfalls and incredible views of the mountains.

We believe that you will fully enjoy this cabin. The Theater room is one of the main highlights for families. The property includes three decks to take in the private wooded views as well as the front porch swing to relax and to provide you with a wonderful experience. Our goal is that any guest who stays with us will want to return again.

This cabin is updated on a regular basis. We visit our cabin at least every 3 months to inspect and update as necessary.

Higher Expectations cabin is a great place to enjoy a special weekend or a honeymoon. Also it is perfect for family vacations. There are different seasons here for different experiences including flowers blooming in the spring, summer vacations, the change of leaves in the fall and the winter wonderland views which include skiing.

When you first walk in the cabin, you will view high vaulted ceilings with large picture windows and it is totally all wood inside. The two back decks include outdoor furniture, hot tub, and a charcoal grill to enjoy the great outdoors.

We are fully equipped with WiFi , TV's in each bedroom, Living room and Theater room. The game room features a pool table with bar and Foosball table. There is a fully equipped kitchen with all the amenities. The master bedroom features a Jacuzzi tub and King size bed with memory foam. Many guests have provided reviews of how comfortable this bed is. The property also offers a combo washer/dryer unit. The living room features a fireplace with a gas insert, very cozy. This cabin is furnished with towels, washcloths and all lines. We also provide free long distance phone service. Sleeps up to 2-8 people including a king bed, queen bed and 2 sofa sleepers.

There is so much to do in the Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge areas. We have yet to experience all of the many options even after visiting here for over 10 years. You can view all of the many trails that feature awesome water falls and incredible mountain top views. There is also a large Tanger outlet shopping mall, Dollywood, lots of shows and countless restaurants for great food. Activities include zip lining, mountain coaster rides, Ripley's Aquarium, many mini-golf courses, white water rafting, canoeing, fishing, skiing, horseback riding, ATV tours and so much more.
