Vivaro Beachfront Villa Infinity Pool Private Dock

About Your Host: The Vivaro Roatan Team Welcome to Vivaro Roatan! We are independent owners who believe that a luxury vacation should be personal, seamless, and meticulously cared for. Unlike large, impersonal management companies, we are hands-on and personally invested in every guest’s experience. Our Philosophy is Simple: If it’s worn out, we replace it. If it’s broken, we fix it. We keep our homes in "perfect" condition—exactly how we would want them for our own arrival. What to Expect When You Book With Us: Direct Access: We personally answer your calls and messages. No call centers—just us. Expert Support: Our dedicated team of local expat managers and full-time staff are here to cater to your individual needs, from arranging private chefs to coordinating island tours. Total Privacy: We are here if you need us, but we respect your space. Our goal is to provide "invisible service" so you can enjoy your sanctuary in peace. We don't just provide a place to sleep; we provide a curated island experience. We look forward to helping you plan an unforgettable stay in paradise!

📍 The "Unicorn" Location: Right on the Sand, Far from the Noise Why we chose this specific piece of the Iron Shore. When we built Vivaro Roatan, we searched for a location that didn't require a compromise. Most properties in Roatan are either tucked away on busy public beaches or perched on steep, inaccessible hills. We found something different. 🏝️ True Beachfront Privacy While much of the West End coastline is rugged iron shore, Vivaro is right on the sand. No Through-Traffic: Unlike Sandy Bay or the main West End strip, there are no cars and no crowds driving down your beach. The "End of the Road" Luxury: We are located almost at the very end of the West End road. This ensures a level of quiet and seclusion that is nearly impossible to find elsewhere on the island. Your Private Sanctuary: Here, the only footprints in the sand are usually your own. 🚶‍♂️ Seclusion Without Isolation The magic of Vivaro is that "The Action" is always an option, never a nuisance. The 5-Minute Rule: You are a flat, easy stroll from the vibrant dive shops, artisan boutiques, and world-class dining of West End. No Taxis Required: You can enjoy a late dinner or a sunset cocktail in town and walk back to your private oasis in minutes, escaping the music and bustle for the sound of the waves. 🌊 The Best of Both Worlds We offer the rare combination of direct sandy beach access paired with the elevated views and breezes of the Iron Shore. It is a private paradise that feels worlds away, yet keeps you perfectly connected to the soul of Roatan.

🏘️ Authentic Island Living: The West End Soul Why we chose West End over a remote resort. When we were looking for a home, "remote" didn't appeal to us. We wanted a place where we could feel the pulse of the island—where a sunset cocktail or a fresh bag of groceries was just moments away. 🚶‍♂️ The Luxury of Convenience At Vivaro Roatan, you aren't stranded in a secluded compound. You are a part of West End, an authentic Caribbean village. Everything You Need: Forget the long taxi rides. Whether you need a local mini-market for essentials, a world-class dive shop for a morning tank, or a vibrant sunset bar, it’s all within a 5-minute drive. The "Local" Feeling: West End is a place where the shop owners know your name and the dive masters feel like family. It’s friendly, welcoming, and deeply personal. 🌎 A Global Melting Pot Roatan is truly a special place, and West End is its heart. You’ll find a diverse, international crowd that creates a unique, sophisticated, yet laid-back energy. The Palate: One night you're enjoying authentic Honduran baleadas, and the next, high-end Italian or fresh-caught seafood prepared by world-traveled chefs. The Atmosphere: It’s a community of explorers, divers, and dreamers from every corner of the globe. At Vivaro, you get to be part of that magic while having your own private sanctuary to retreat to. 🏠 Your Private Oasis in the Heart of it All We built Vivaro at the very end of the road to give you the best of both worlds: The Energy: Close enough to the "vibe" and activities of West End. The Quiet: Far enough away that when you close your accordion doors, the only sound you hear is the reef. 🗝️ Book Direct for the Full Experience Want to know our favorite local "secret" bars and the best spots for a morning baleada?
