The TV in the living room has Roku connected to it. The TVs in each of the two bedrooms have both Apple TV and Roku connected to them. You can watch whatever you want including Netflix, Youtube, Amazon, etc. through Apple TV or Roku. Live TV programs steaming are available from the Spectrum App on Roku.
Laundry is downstairs on the garage level. You are welcome to use quarters or use the App to operate the wash machines and dryers. The name of the App is “Pay Range”. You can download it from the App Store. The App works with the wash machines and dryers via Bluetooth. The cell signal in the Laundry room is not strong, but there is wifi available. You can connect to the laundry room wifi and the password is: “thevillage”.
Air Conditioning means wall heating units. This place is so close to the beach that there is no need for cooling systems. Just open the balcony doors and the bedroom windows at the same time, you will have plenty of breeze. In fact, none of the beach housing has cooling system installed in the area. We still cover ourselves with blankets at night during summer time because it is cool enough.
The CC&R of this condominium complex requires short-term stay to be at least 60 days. I wish I can offer my place for your guys for shorter period of time though.
There is bus stops right outside the entrance of this gated community, but in my opinion the bus don't come by very frequently. It will be way better to have your own car if you don't want to waste your time waiting around for the bus.
If you plan on renting a car while you are here, the best thing to do is renting it at the airport right when you arrive Los Angeles. If not, you can take a taxi. They will drop you off at the gate of this condominium complex.
No smoking anywhere in the complex
No pets.
The balcony outside the 2nd bedroom is not to be accessed - the condominium rule, not mine.
Please keep the noise level down in general, no loud noises between 10pm to 8am everyday.
Please keep everything nice and please don't damage anything.
Please clean up after yourselves and take all your belongings with you and throw away all the trash before you check out. Also, if you could clean the place a little and restore it to its previous condition, it would be greatly appreciated. Thanks. 'SMILE for you'.
Pool hours are from 8am to 10pm. A maximum of 4 people is allowed at the pool from each unit. Please do NOT invite a huge party to the pool. The neighbors are very sensitive about it. Please clean the BBQ after use each time. The brush is provided there.
No partying at the unit either. Please be respectful of others in the complex, this is a very nice and peaceful community and people like to keep it this way.:):):)
