Haute Nendaz is one of the village of the Four Valleys with more than 410 km of ski sloop offering excellent Value for money The nice apartment is in a typical traditional Swiss "building-chalet" (6 floors), situated on the ground floor and next to the ski lift Maximum 7 persons. Nice view from the living room on the mountains and valley. There is a nice garden accessible through the double bedroom. The garden is sunny from mid-February. It is extremely pleasant to have breakfast or lunch or a sun-bath on the terrace. It is also possible to ski up to the apartment depending on the level of snow during the winter. There is nice warm swimming poll (free) in the building and also a sauna (payable). There are a lot of ski guns on the sloops. Lots of activities and sport facilities (tennis, golf (sion), walking, mountain bike, outdoor swimming pool, climbing, soker, archery, ..... Sion is the capital of Valais and has a nice fortress and monastar. Ideal for family. Free parking in front of the building. Not included in the rental price : local taxes (CHF 3,5 per person per day) and bedlinen / towels (extra charge of Euro 20 per person).

Great ski holiday
We had a great 7 night stay at the apartment. The apartment was clean and well presented when we arrived. The decor is cosy and rustic - giving a log cabin feel. The apartment was equipped with everything we needed and more. The pool was lovely after a long day of skiing. The communication with the owner was excellent and he was able to answer all our questions prior to arriving. We were not able to find a clear ski-in route to the apartment, so we did end up walking up from the gondola each day (quite steep hill, but manageable). The bedding could do with an upgrade - the pillow was very thin and we were only given one each, however it was still functional. Overall we had a great stay, and I would recommend this apartment to others.

Ein -Aauchecken sehr gut. Das Objekt kann eine Renovierung vertragen, neue Farbe besonders im Bad und den Duschvorhang auswechseln. Küche vielfältigst ausgestattet. Öfis und Lift laufnah.

Merci de votre retour. La peinture du plafond de la salle de douche avait été refaite l'année passée suite à un dégât des eaux de l'appartement au dessus du mieux. Cette réparation a été mal faite et je ferai repeindre à nouveau avant Noël. Je remplacerai également le rideaux de la douche qui se fait vieux.

Die Lage und die Aussicht von Balkon finde ich ganz gut .Kommunikation mit Besitzer finde ich auch nett. Aber dafür der Unterhalt der Wohnung, als auch die Sauberkeit lassen allerdings zu Wünschen übrig.
Abgenutzte Einrichtung, zusammengebrochene Sofa, die Elektrogeräte wie Wasserkocher, Mikrowelle und Toaster passen in keine Steckdose auch nicht mit dem Adapter, mit WiFi kannst vielleicht eine Nachricht in eine Stunde versenden, TV ist nicht an Kabel angeschlossen und auch nicht an Satellit,man könnte nur DVD Player verwenden, wenn man eine DVD dabei hat, Wasser im Schwimmbad so kalt wie es draußen am Nordsee . Insgesamt verdient die Wohnung sicher nicht die Bewertung „hervorragend“ und meine Meinung auch nicht mal „zweckmässig“. Wir haben drei Übernachtungen gebucht, nur zwei genutzt.

Es tut mir leid, dass Sie einen schlechten Aufenthalt in meiner Wohnung hatten.
Ich finde Ihre Bemerkungen unbegründet und ungerecht. Meine Wohnung sieht aus wie auf den Bildern. Es sollte keine Überraschungen geben. Es handelt sich nicht um eine moderne, sondern um eine traditionelle und gepflegte Wohnung. Das Sofa wurde vor 6 Jahren ausgetauscht und ist nicht high.
Ich habe noch nie Bemerkungen zu den Fängen bekommen. Es gibt einen Adapter für die Steckdosen und alle Geräte funktionieren normal. WLAN ist derzeit nicht Teil des Angebots. C wird in der Ankündigung aufgegriffen. Ich verstehe also Ihre Bemerkung dazu nicht. Die Wassertemperatur liegt bei etwa 25 Grad, wie die meisten Schwimmbäder in der Schweiz. Aus dem Gedächtnis ist dies die vom Kanton empfohlene Temperatur.
Es stimmt, Sie hatten schlechtes Wetter und Schwierigkeiten, den Schlüssel zu finden, der an der angegebenen Stelle war, aber das ist kein Grund für einen solchen zerstörerischen Kommentar.

Schöner Ort, gut gelegen, Wohnung könnte aber besser unterhalten werden
Die Wohnung ist gut gelegen, nahe der Gondelbahnstation, ist auch relativ hell, morgens hat man Sonne auf dem Sitzplatz, abends auf dem Balkon.
Sowohl der Unterhalt der Wohnung, als auch die Sauberkeit lassen allerdings zu Wünschen übrig.
Insgesamt verdient die Wohnung sicher nicht die Bewertung „hervorragend“, sondern eher „zweckmässig“.

Hello I am sorry you did not like your stay and/or found it not in a clean state. The apartment is always cleaned after each rental by the same company. I am surprised by your remark but will check it with them. The apartment is in the state shown on the pictures and offering a good value for money from my point of view. It is not marketed as « excellent » - do not understand why you said it is shown as excellent (not from own initiative)

Retour à ski à l'appartement
Malgré un petit couac à l'arrivée, tout s'est bien terminé. L'appartement est assez spacieux, lumineux et bien conçu, à 5 min. à pied des remontées. Le retour ski aux pieds est à trouver, mais possible :-) Covid oblige nous n'avons pas pu profiter de la belle piscine au rez intérieur de l'immeuble. Adresse à retenir.

Dejlig lejlighed
Dejlig lejlighed, ca. 300 meter fra liften. 2 pæne værelser og 2 store toiletter. Lille køkken og dejlig stor stue. Terrasse på den ene side og altan på den anden side. Parkering ved komplekset og skikælder. Pool til fri afbenyttelse og 10 Euro for sauna.

Versleten inboedel. Ingezakte sofa. Oude beddelakens met gaten. Vieze vloerbekleding in slaapkamers.

Bedankt voor je feedback die lager is dan die ik normaal ontvang. De slaapbank in de woonkamer is inderdaad versleten en wordt eind april 2019 vervangen (bestelling wordt uitgevoerd).
Wat betreft uw andere opmerkingen, mijn appartement is niet modern maar comfortabel, goed uitgerust en functioneel. De dekbedden en meubels (behalve de keuken en matrassen van de grote kamer die vorig jaar werden vervangen) zijn niet nieuw, maar nog steeds functioneel en in de traditionele stijl zoals op de foto's te zien is. De bekleding van de kamers was niet vies toen ik daar vorige week was.

Nice, pleasant, warm and welcoming flat
Eden Roc is located high up 5 min from the cable car. When you arrive by public transport (post bus) you go off at the last stop (Telecabin) and continue the road until sign-posted Eden Roc. With heavy luggage I would strongly recommend to take a taxi for the short distance as it’s quite uphill. The house entrance is 1 level (16 steps) above the car park. But once in the building you can take the 1st lift on the right from ground floor to go up to the 1st floor.
The flat was clean, nice, warm and welcoming. There was a large living room containing a dining table with 3 chairs and a corner bench. A sofa made out of 2 or even 3 individual mattresses to be used for sleeping. 2 Armchairs, a coffee table and a carpet. There was also a large TV/Video set but the DVD player had a UK plug for which there was no adaptor provided.
The basic kitchen was in a separate small room with electric (not ceramic) hob, oven, under-worktop fridge with the top shelf a freezer compartment, microwave, water kettle, coffee machine etc. The master bedroom had a double bed frame with 2 single mattresses, the 2nd bedroom had a single youth bed and a bunk bed but without a safety rail for the top one. Both bedrooms were quite small but had plenty of hanging space and some shelves but neither had a key to lock.
There were 2 tastefully tiled bathrooms, 1 with toilet, sink and bath and the other with toilet, sink and shower.
There was a nice balcony at the front, where we ate dinner on most days. But unfortunately a newly erected 5 story building opposite was obscuring some of the beautiful view onto the mountains. At the back there was a small private garden with an old PVC deckchair and 2 old wood/material deckchairs for sunbathing leading to a large but very steep grass area where you could climb over to access the road without going through the staircase (take care in wet whether!). The entrance hall and staircase were well lit with sensor operated lightings.
The building is managed by caretaker who lives on site but only speaks French but the flat is looked after by a local lady who never made contact with us.
I can also confirm that the owner promptly acknowledged receipt of payment (by bank transfer) and sent all the required info for the flat.
In summary; I would highly recommend 34 Eden Roc for a nice and pleasant holiday.

Perfecdt for skiing
We had an excellent stay in the apartment which is located in the Eden Roc building. The gondola/ski bus station as well as shops and restaurants are just a few steps away. The apartment is spacious, has two bathrooms (shower & tub) and a well-equipped kitchen. The large swimming pool was a great plus!

Vacances paisibles
Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour durant une semaine au mois de Juillet 2010 avec un appartement 3 pièces,spacieux bien exposé (2 terrasses), proposant le confort absolu. Piscine intérieure propre peu fréquentée, parking au pied de la résidence...Lieu paisible et magnifique... Nous n'avons jamais trouvé de telles prestations en France! La qualité des informations donnée par le propriétaire est très fiable. Pour les européens, la devise (franc suisse) est à échanger à la douane (sans frais). Pour tout cela, nous recommandons cette location!

Appartement trés agréable
Bonjour, L'appartement loué à Nendaz à l'Eden Roc est trés bien située et le Rez de Jardin trés appréciable avec des enfants. La vue est trés belle et la pisicine un plus incontestable. L'appartement est bien meublé, la cuisine trés complète (assiettes, verres , couverts matériel divers) quand on est nombreux à manger c'est super. Seul petit bémol les couettes sont usées et un peu sales , il faudrait les changer et le lit superposé n'a pas de barrière en haut donc pas ulisatbles pour des enfants de 7 8 ans ! Sans aucne hésitation nous relouerons cet appartement que nosu avons beaoucoup apprécié. Cordialement

Appartement très agréable et bien situé
Nous avons trouvé l'appartement très agréable et spacieux. Nous avons profité de la piscine et du sauna au sein même de la résidence et avons apprécié le retour ski aux pieds. La résidence est bien située, proche de la Télécabine, et à deux pas des commerces et des restaurants.
