Lovely & charming Villa - Saint Martin de Ré.

This is a lovely & charming house from the end of the 18th century, with thick stone walls, high roofs and antique wooden floors. On the top,the property has a nice and comfortable outside patio, rare in Saint Martin downtown.
We especially paid attention to get importance to space and comfort ( 90 m2, for a 2 bed rooms property).

We realized a complete refurbishing in 2010.
All technical parts are new (kitchen, bathroom, paints, electricity, heating, beds, domestic appliances,...) and the rest is designed accordingly to the charming Ile de Ré style, mixing comfortable and antique furnitures.
The house is located inside the city walls in the historic part. Outside the noisy area, it’s still close to the harbor and the market.
