Newly upgraded 4 Bedroom, 3 bathroom with 24 foot cathedral ceilings, screened in heated pool, and cabana. 100 yards from the boardwalk and beach. Sleeps 8. Full floor master bedroom suite with king size bed, spa tub, separate shower, twin sinks and bidet. Also has private deck for sunbathing. Second bedroom has queen size bed. Third bedroom has two twin beds. Fourth bedroom has a twin size day bed with trundle beds and private bath with shower which has direct access to pool. Casual, yet elegant living room seats 8 comfortably. Dining room seats 6, while breakfast nook seats 4 and kitchen counter seats two. Al fresco dining for 8 on the terraces. Fully equipped and ready for family gatherings and entertaining or just quiet relaxation. Modern granite kitchen with ceramic cooktop, oven, microwave and warming oven. Washer and dryer are conveniently located in kitchen. Central vacuum cleaning system. 2 car garage with electric door openers has direct access to living areas.
Walk to the boardwalk and beach in minutes. Vero Beach's finest restaurants and hotels are a short ride or a walk away.

Experience paradise in Vero Beach

Upon arriving at the house, it was very similar to the pictures on the website so no surprises there. It was clean, the beds were comfortable and very well stocked with everything imaginable. Having the porch and pool areas under a lanai was a plus. No no-see-ums! The location was fantastic -- a block to the beach and 4 blocks to the beautiful town of Vero Beach where restaurants and shopping were a plenty. I would highly recommend this property.

Nice Location

The location of the house was perfect! Beautiful beach right down the road. The house could definitely use a great deal of TLC. Smelled extremely musty upon arrival. Issues with the pool company. It took them until our last week to finally vacuum and clean the pool. Too many issues with the house to deal with on vacation but the owner was responsive.

Another wonderful stay on Conn Way!

We had another wonderful stay—the owner was great to work with and the location is awesome! The house has plenty of space for entertaining and the pool was a big bonus for the kids! We hope to be back again next year!

Another Happy Stay

We’ve stayed in this house several times and have always had a great stay. It’s clean, the kitchen is very well outfitted, there’s plenty of room for my husband to work, the location is very convenient to the beach and is an easy drive to grocery stores and restaurants. The owner is very responsive to issues that crop up, as is the rental agency.

Family Vacation

Great House. Close to beach

Located in central beach very close to the boardwalk and a 10 min walk to town. Nice pool and comfortable rooms. Big kitchen and screened in porch. We were happy with our stay and the management.

The house accommodates people very well. It is spacious with a large porch where we spent most of our time. The porch overlooks the pool which was clean and well maintained, we used that often too. The kitchen is really well equipped for those who love to cook. Beds exceptionally comfortable. Overall great stay

Great location and house

Our 3rd booking here in about 18 mos. Beach is easy 5 min walk away. House is very comfortable and well equipped. Management, Sorensen, is very responsive. We will look to book again soon.

Perfect Beach Vacation

My family and I loved our stay at Vero Beach. It checked all the boxes. The location was perfect.. Just a short stroll to the beautiful beach. Close to great restaurants and shopping . The house , pool and garage were clean and well stocked. Hopefully we’ll be back next year.

Comfortable and convenient

We have stayed here twice so far and looking forward to another stay later this year. The house is very comfortable and the kitchen has everything we need. The house is located on a quiet street an easy five minute walk from the beach. Nice shops and restaurants are within a mile. There is a flight of stairs from the entry to the main level and another flight to the master bedroom. There are two bedrooms on the main level, and one on the ground level. Very good internet/WiFi. We love dining and hanging out on the screened back deck that overlooks a lovely pool. The grounds and pool are well-maintained. The house is always spotlessly clean and ready when we arrive.

THE best!

We stayed for a month and all was wonderful. The house was great, and perfect for all our needs. It was very clean and well stocked. It's in a quiet, safe neighborhood. The location is fabulous; 2 short blocks to the beautiful, nearly deserted beach. We especially loved the screened pool and kitchen-level porch where we enjoyed most of our dinners. We would definitely stay here again. Thank you again Juan!

Great House for a Large Group

Plenty of room and stocked with everything you’d need. Needs a little TLC in spots, but nothing major. An initial problem with the Cable tv was resolved quickly by the property manager. Beach is very close by although was closed mid month due to coronavirus. This made floating in the pool that much more important. Location overall is great to walk to town, parks and stroll nice neighborhoods. We never got to test a big group stay since family/grandkids cancelled out due to the travel uncertainties. Overall, a very nice and comfortable property.

Wonderful House in a Great Location

This house lives up to its 5-star reviews. The kitchen is large and well-stocked - there wasn’t a thing we needed during our 2 month stay that wasn’t already there. The bedrooms were spotless and comfortable- the master bedroom is huge. There were plenty of linens, towels, and beach towels. The screened -in Florida room allowed outside dining each night and swimming each day without any pesky insects. The house is just a block to the beach where we walked the boardwalk every morning with our coffee from the little cafe at the beach. We met many neighbors when we walked our dog to town everyday. It’s a very friendly neighborhood. Our dog loved the nearby Vero Beach Dog Park- a don’t miss for dog owners. This house is fantastic. We’ve already booked another stay!

Great stay for our family vacation!

The property was just what we were looking for. Wonderful location, and large enough for our children and grandchildren. The house had everything we needed. Three nice bedrooms (we didn’t use the downstairs bedroom). The kitchen was large and nicely stocked with everything you would need to make a family meal. Plenty of bath and beach towels were available as well. We enjoyed eating in the outside porch and using the grill for many of our meals. The large pool was a big hit with both the adults and children. I was amazed with the short three minute walk to the ocean. How convenient, and the use of beach chairs were an added plus. We used a couple of the bikes for early morning rides around the neighborhood. We had been used to renting a condominium in another area of town for the last thirty years when we visited Vero, this Conn Way location may be our next “home away from home” vacation rental.

Nice Place!

While this house is a little older and has a couple of quirks it has been very well maintained and we absolutely loved our stay. The back yard where the pool is located is very private and was a perfect fit for our needs. There are a LOT of stairs in and around this home so people with limited mobility would have a hard time here, but we actually liked that feature as we left in better shape physically than when we arrived. Very open floor plan. Very well stocked kitchen. If we are in the Vero Beach area again we will stay here and will not hesitate to recommend to our friends.

Super big house with all amenities

Picking up the keys from the agent on a Sunday afternoon was no problem. The house is a short drive away and you can park at the front or round the side. Go upstairs to a large area – lounge, dining and kitchen. The house is kitted out very well, there is every kitchen implement that you could ever want, and the lounge area is very nicely furnished. There are four bedrooms – the upstairs bedroom is huge with a huge en-suite bathroom attached. There is a separate shower and spa bath. The two bedrooms on the main floor and good sized and well dressed. The fourth bedroom is downstairs and suits someone who doesn’t like any light during the night (our son took this room). The pool is huge, and we enjoyed many hours in it. The seating area by the pool was used extensively too. The patio area overlooking the pool was well used too for eating and playing games. The hot tub on the patio was used every day. The house is in a lovely area, less than 5 minutes’ walk to the boardwalk and the ocean. We walked there every day and in the evening. The nearest supermarket (Publix) is on the mainland less than 10 minutes’ drive away. If our plans allow we will be contacting the owner to try to arrange another visit September 2019.

Beautiful home and exquisite vacation rental

This house met every requirement. The location was spectacular only a couple houses from the Atlantic Ocean. We could hear the waves from the various porches. This house is perfect for entertaining. We enjoyed cooking every day in this incredibly equipped kitchen. There was nothing missing to prepare a beautiful meal. It was so nice to eat outside each night on the screened in porch and take an evening dip in the hot tub. We would overlook the pool in all its glory. The home is so clean with gorgeous art throughout. Each day we would bike around the city since Juan has so many bikes and beach toys. The house is within walking distance to Jaycee park and downtown. We easily walked each day everywhere including the Saturday farmers market. Vero Beach is a dream and Juan made our stay so enjoyable. He was incredibly accommodating and responsive to any of our questions to ensure our one month stay was amazing.

Spacious home with incredible location

We stayed in this home for the entire month of January 2017. The home is in the best location which prevented us from having to rent a vehicle. We have two small children and were able to walk to the beach, Jaycee Park and downtown Vero. The home is immaculate and quite spacious. The master suite is beautiful and the views at night from the master balcony terrace of the stars are beautiful. The owner, Juan is very responsive and helpful. The home is stocked to provide the essentials for two families. I enjoyed cooking every day in the large, well appointed kitchen and eating on the screened in porch as we watched the sunset. We loved the view overlooking the pool and our nights in the hot tub. Pictures do not do this home justice. A couple times a week we walked to the Seaside Grill at Jaycee park for lunch and ice cream. The other days were spent walking downtown and visiting Humiston park and the local eateries. The beach is so gorgeous and is so close to this home. We would walk to see the sunrise a couple times a week. Conn Way is a gorgeous street with nice neighbors. We were able to eat fresh oranges and lemons off the trees on the property as well. The pool is huge and beautiful. Overall, we had one of the best vacations of our lives staying in this home. I especially loved riding bikes every day around the city and to the Village Beach Market to grab some gourmet meals. This home has everything for a perfect getaway.
